The studio is warm, cozy, designed with natural colours, comfortable and has all the amenities, perfect for a winter or summer stay. Open concept kitchen and living room and bar. Enormous, comfy sleeper sofa, perfect for a good night's sleep and relaxing during the day. Newly done bathroom, big, curbless, spa-like, waterfall shower with towel warmer. Fully-equiped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances: family-size fridge, water heater, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, storage, breakfast bar. The studio has central heating, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a security door, smart TV with Netflix and internet. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, mostly houses around it, walking distance to the city center, the mall, and the city's attractions: The Black Church, Council Square, Tâmpa Mountain, the ski resort bus, there are grocery shops, ATMs, a department store, restaurants and cafes nearby.
