Set in a historic building in Weston Super Mare that was designed and built in 1898 by the infamous architect Hans Price (his former residence). The building is perfectly located for easy access to the town center and beachfront (10 min walk) plus the M5 motorway. Nestled in the exclusive hillside with views over Weston Super Mare bay, providing easy access to the beautiful Grove Park (Jill Dando memorial gardens) and Weston woods, hill fort and Quarry/Nature Reserve.

The local area provides a range of attractions to visit including The Grand Pier, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Brean Down, Somerset Levels, Tyntsfield House, southwest coast path, museums to name but a few.
