We had an amazing time in Settebagni! Fabio picked us up from the station and gave us necessary information we needed for our time in Rome. We picked that location because we needed a time out and we enjoyed every second. Thank you, Fabio!

This apartment is near Rome enough with very easy transportation to go and explore all the sights of the city, yet far away enough to feel like you're living in a shire / country lord's castle. Not bad for a 30 minute commute. Which is exactly what this place is, it's tucked into its own little piece of beautiful estate. Upon entering the Duca Castle where the chalet is located, you are greeted by an umbrella pine lined drive way that is both grand and magical. We loved the marble bathroom's tub as well. Fabio is a great host, although we didn't get to meet him he was the invisible helper who always responded within minutes. Highly recommend.

The place is wonderfully located about 40 - 50 mins from the centre of (URL HIDDEN) was good for us because we wanted to be away from the hustle of the city but as first time travellers to Rome we also wanted to experience the city, it was challenging to reach back late night by public transport...if you have your own car or bike probably it's much easier because the house is very much on the outskirts of Rome...beautiful property and Fabio is a lovely host..he helped us in every possible way...much recommended..

Fabio is a great, great and very helpful host. The accommodation was way above our expectations. Perfected for someone who is seeking for quiet mornings and evenings during sightseeing at crowdy Rome. Deeply recomend it, it was just what we were looking for.

A nice place fully equipped and full if spirit, not too far from the city, even with a little child, tough next time, we might rent a car to get into less crowded areas faster.
