This listing is for the animal lover. I have a fat cat, fuzzy bunny, and tiny dog. All as sweet as can be. The bunny stays in the guest room (big cage) while the other two munchkins sleep with me. He's super chill, sweet, and quiet. I am super fickle about smells, so no need to worry about the house smelling funky

Tara and her family was very accomadating.... the space was nice and comfy.... I slept good. even with the Bunny living in the room.... I missed the listing info about pets and there are 4.... a bunny lives in the room, but basically quiet..... if you have no allergy problems it serves the purpose perfectly....... I was basically gone all day and showed up late at night just to crash.... you have to watch for parking, but it all worked out for me-

The room was cute. The area was decent. We didn't get a good vibe though from Tara as she seemed to be put out or imposed upon our staying. She has a big cat that likes to sleep on the bed and she stated in her description (which she has changed since our stay) that the cat wouldn't be there when you sleep. She mentioned other animals but that they were caged and no mention that the cage was in the same room. Her cat was on the bed when we arrived and she didn't remove him. We went out for the evening and when we came back, the cat was still there. The rabbit was in the same room and kept us awake all night with his jumping, eating, etc. I like animals but I don't want them in the same room as me. No hospitality, no breakfast offered as she states. She didn't show us around so we had no idea where anything was. She was pregnant, so perhaps that was a factor.

Response from Tara:
I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience during your stay here. I would like to address your concerns... - I did not change the room description after your stay. The listing does not say anything about the cat sleeping on the bed or all other animals being caged (The bunny is the only animal caged, who happens to sleep in the guest room) The listing has always stated the following regarding my pets: This listing is for the animal lover. I have a fat cat, fuzzy bunny, and tiny dog. All as sweet as can be. The bunny stays in the guest room (big cage) while the other two munchkins sleep with me. He's super chill, sweet, and quiet. I am super fickle about smells, so no need to worry about the house smelling funky - When you arrived, I asked you if you would like for me to remove him from the room. You declined. - I apologize that Baby was in your room upon your return from the evening, I would have gladly brought him out, but I was asleep by the time you got back. -As for not wanting animals in the same room as you, well, my listing states that there will be animals in the house and one caged in the room. - I offered your friend coffee as we passed through the bathroom. I had breakfast out and available, but as you said upon arrival you would be leaving at 9 am. Next thing I knew, I was saying goodbye. - I would like to say that announcing my pregnancy to the world was quite thoughtless, I had yet to make the announcement myself. Thank you.

Accommodating isn't even the start of it. Tara was amazing and she'll continue to be amazing because I'm going to repeatedly rent out her airbnb for my trips to LA. She really kept us informed and kept making sure that I was alright. When she went out for July 4th, she even offered me to spend a night in her own bed because she knew my buddy was taking the bed and I was going to crash on the couch. I asked Tara if I could use her airbnb for a photoshoot because I saw the photographs of the room as amazing, the room ended up being spectacular, but not only that, her ENTIRE HOME was SPECTACULAR. Tara was always easy to communicate with through airbnb's messaging system, through sms, and eventually in person. When I walked in, I was completely beaming at how much character her home had, it was perfect with a whole lot of squeeee. Then there were our other housemates as well! Cheech, Hip-hop, Baby, and Perseus, they were absolutely great! Parking around the street was plentiful, the area is pretty safe, there's even a Von's around the corner for groceries. I came over with pie, wine, a baguette and brie in hand and in return she handed over her pets. :) It was honestly and truthfully one of the best times I've had in a long time in LA and one of the best photoshoots I have ever produced. I really hope more amazing people rent out Tara's place because it's simply awesomesauce!

Tara was a wonderful host! And a wonderful person, staying at her place was like feeling at home. This was a perfect "séjour" in the heart of Los Angeles, we enjoyed the neiboorhood, the breakfast (very recomanded) and the happiness and lovely smile of Tara! Tara, you 're very welcome in Paris when ever you want!

Tara was a extremely welcoming host. She made our time in LA exceptional. The house was in a great area, close to grocery stores and a pharmacy. Would defiantly recommend if staying in LA

Eclectic....a bit weird, but I'm good with that :-) I love working on crafty projects, I always have something I'm working on around the houses...painting, repurposing furniture, and recently redecorating my entire place.

I recently finished my Masters in Clinical Psychology and begin my PhD in Human Sexuality in the fall. I've International Public Speaker and soon to be published author on sexuality. I also write text books.

I love hot yoga. My yoga home is Modo Yoga on La Brea & 3rd.

My boyfriend and I are really into the Burner scene and attend a lot of festivals throughout the year. Music is a must! I'm into everything from Hip-Hop/Rap to Grunge (mid-90's) and Deep House to Swing Electro House.

I've got a boat load of books (thank you thrift store), however, the collection I have now is nothing compared to the library I had been collecting for 20 years and lost in a flood :-( Too many favs to name so you'll just have to come check it out for yourself.

I couldn't live without:
- fuzzy things (robe, blanket, socks)
- the internet
- moleskin notebook, graph paper
- sweet tea
- music
