The property is located about five minutes from the Colindale station on the northern line. It is very convenient for travel to central London. The unit is clean and safe with access to a grocery store and a Barclays Bank branch with ATM, about five minutes via foot, just a bit further down the road. Good little Indian restaurant close by as well as a cafe that opens early. If you are looking for a place that you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone else in the home, this is a great choice.

Large clean apartment. Ample storage space. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Manuals for all appliances were provided. Wifi was fast and reliable. Less the 10 mins walk from tube. Good for 2-3 people.

Simon was a gracious host, answering my questions quickly. The apartment was located very close to some great eating options and to the underground. The place was clean and very comfortable and the wifi was solid and reliable for the four of us. I would highly recommend staying there and hope to come back myself!

The flat corresponds perfectly to the photos. Very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood close to transport (metro, bus) restaurants, hypermarkets, grocery stores. Simon is very available, he has given us all possible information. We had a wonderful stay. The size of the appartement was perfect for us, a couple with 2 children. Definitely we recommend this flat. All that has been promised has been respected. We loved our stay in London and this was largely due to the Simon's flat which allowed us to rest well after long days of walking.

Simon's place is very tidy and a great place to stay! It is quite worth the price in zone 2 as it is close to the underground station Colindale and lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The furniture and utilities are very useful and well equipped. The only thing is the front door. It is not easy to open.
