No drugs. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed indoors, only outside in the backyard - must not throw cigarette buds on ground. No outside guests. Must be respectful and clean after self in shared areas and in private bedroom. If utilizing the kitchen we ask that you clean up after yourself, you wash all dishes properly, clean up the stove, wipe the counter and leave as you found it.
