The space

Two years ago, I decided to take over this beautiful home which used to belong to my grand parents. I have spent all my free time improving the place and giving it back its original cachet. Now that the work is well on it's way, I am able to host guests. I have kept a part of the house for myself, with a separate entrance. The rest is for you.
The house can host a family of 9.
The kitchen is fully equiped with wahing machine and dishwasher.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace, or relax on the sun beds.
Wifi est available everywhere in the house

Guest access

Whe you arrive, you will find a parking that can fit several cars. Stroll through the restanque garden, watch our permaculture spaces, you can feel in harmony with nature and forget the nearby city.
2 hives are set at the end of the garden. You can watch them securely by staying a few meters away.
The garden is wild. Restanque is a provencial word for stone walls that separate the different levels. Restanques can be dangerous for small children: please keep an eye on them.

I like to personaly welcome my guests. You will be provided with linen and all that is needed for a wonderful stay. In case of special request you can ask in advance. Otherwise we are never that far.

Anne and her family gave us a warm welcome and we shared some lovely homemade food on the veranda. They gave us many maps and information about the area, Anne speaks english very well, but we also got the chance to practice our French. The house is lovely and in authentic provence style. Anne has been renovating and decorated the lovely big rooms on the first floor, with a nice view and lots of privacy. We went out to discover the nice area of Toulon most of the days, but also stayed home one day to just read and relax in the garden! Some groceries shops are close for tasty veggies/fruits and fresh bread. And it is easy to go for a walk in the hills behind the house, where you have a stunning view over the city. Also the beach of Toulon is very family friendly and easy to get to. We would definitely like to come back! Thanks Anne!

Nurses in pediatric hospital , we like to escape by traveling or receiving world travelers . Definitely urban , the environment in which we live and raise our children is one of our major concerns. That's why we focus on agroecological techniques and permaculture in the city within an organisation " Cities in Transition " . We have also trained in beekeeping and we have a few beehives in Paris and the Var. If you wish, we will be happy to share these passions with you.
