The Seanic Escape Holiday Home accommodates up to 9 people plus a bub. It is perfect for families and groups alike.

The space

This 3 bedroom home contains a queen bed, a double bed and 1 single bunk bed and a single bed with a trundle bed. The house features Foxtel, ceiling fans, washing machine and dryer and most other modern amenities.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. There is a fully equipped outdoor/indoor entertaining area (shed) with tv and xbox 360, a rumpus room for the kids which contains toys, books and a Playstation 2 and Wii. There is also a swing set outside along with other outdoor and beach toys to keep the kids entertained all day.

Interaction with guests

As we are letting the entire house, interaction will be via email and telephone when required and we have a maintenance manager available when required.

Other things to note

Greenwell Point Bowling Club with a Chinese Restaurant and an excellent Bistro.
Walk or Cycle along the river’s edge.
Take a boat out on to the river.
Fish from the Wharves.
Local boats/Kayaks for hire.
Enjoy fresh oysters straight, from the oyster farm.

Damages, Breakages, Theft and Loss
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the responsibility of the Guest/Tenants during their stay.

Access and Parking
Guests/Tenants and Visitors must comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out in the House Rules and show consideration to neighbours.

Arrival and Departure
Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 10am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Condition of Property on departure
The property should be left in a similar condition as you found it when you arrived. Excess cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left clean and tidy.

Noise and residential amenity
We want to have a hassle and stress free holiday while you are at the Seanic Escape Holiday home at the same time we ask that you respect the neighbours so we ask that you keep noise at a respectable level so everyone can enjoy Greenwell Point.

Linen/towels
Linen, towels and tea towels will be supplied for Guests/Tenants.

Loss of Guest's personal property
The owners take no responsibility for the Guests/Tenants personal property.

Garbage/Rubbish
Guests/Tenants and visitors must not leave excess rubbish in public or common areas. If excess rubbish is left a fee for the removal of the rubbish will apply.

House Rules
It is the obligation of the Guests/Tenants to comply with the instructions set out in the House Rules, with the instructions provided for appliances/equipment and to report any problems or incidents promptly.

The consequences of not complying with these Terms and Conditions could include enforcement action from the Owner, Manager, Caretaker, Security Services, and Local Councils or in some instances, The Police. Enforcement action is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.

It is therefore important for all Guests/Tenants to be aware of their obligations and of their responsibility to make any Visitors to the property aware of these requirements.
Note: Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

We stayed 1month at Clarissa's house and had a wonderful time. Very fast and superb communication with Clarissa. House had everything what we needed to have a good time. Highlights were very comfy bed, good internet and foxtel tv. Neighbourhood was very quiet and full with natures wild life. We are planning to come back on our next trip. Highly recommended.

Basic but comfortable slightly old-fashioned seaside holiday house. Well equipped kitchen, big TV with Foxtel, comfortable beds and a few minutes walk from the shops. Check in/out was simple and communication was quick and simple. The original bathroom is a cultural treasure.
