Yes, I have spoke with my guest and with the Airbnb customer services. I made an error pushing the wrong button. When Vicky inquired the apartment Cosy, I told her that it was not available and I offer the possibility to make a reservation in an other apartment (we have more than 20 apartments in Airbnb so it will be fine to find an other solution to Vicky). The next day during the morning, I received a message from Airbnb saying me that I have to confirm the reservation before 10 a.m. I believed that Vicky has founded and inquired an other apartment on my listing and I approved it without seeing which apartment was inquired. Then I realized that it was the same apartment (the Cosy apartment) which were not available so I sent an email to Vicky explaining the situation and to know how can we proceed to cancel the reservation. The Airbnb customer service told me that when this happened, the owner have to cancel the reservation and it will have an automatic review saying "The reservation was canceled 50 days before arrival. This is an automated posting ». I was so disappointed to see it but the most important is that we didn’t cancel a reservation because Vicky known that it was not available but I just make a confusion with the last Airbnb email and I pushed the wrong button ». By the way, Vicky was a very kind person and she wanted to put a review explaining the situation but I don’t know if it’s possible. Nevermind, now I know the that I have to verify which apartment is concerned when I receive an Airbnb email !!! :)
