House rules

As for simple good sense and manners, try to respect silence, your neighbors will very much appreciate it. Use the kitchen at your best but try to leave it in order for those who come after you. Remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioner when you leave the apartment: energy saving affects everyone. Avoid smoking in the apartment, it will protect wood, upholstery and will respect those, maybe not smoker, who will live it afterwards. Thank you and good stay!

Great location! Silvia was so sweet... we were late and as she charges a 20€ fee after 10 pm so we were hustling to get there on time...arrived in the area as it started to rain at 9:59 pm...took 5 min to find it as it's on a side alley, but, she didn't charge us as we stood in a near by parking garage awaiting news. The place is darling and in a fantastic area but quiet. One tiny thing... you can't shower. You need to sit Indian style in the tub and shower with wand. It's interesting. Silvia was super attentive though and a beautiful person. Would recommend except for the shower...great, authentic roman apartment! We decided we would totally stay there again and again. Ps... free coffee, yogurt and biscotti!

I've been to Rome many times, and after this stay, I would never dream of suggesting that anyone stay anywhere else but here. It's a lovely apartment in the most convenient location I could ever imagine. It's quiet, but not far from the fun spots of the city and you feel part of a community! You HAVE to stay here!

The apartment was in the heart of Trasteve. Perfect location. I am not a tall person but still managed to hit my head on the low ceiling posts of this attic apartment. If claustrophobic, windows function only as skylights. Otherwise great for a short stay

The location is perfect because the street is quiet and if you wanna go out, you will find plenty of bars and restaurants in a walking distance (less than 5 minutes) ! Silvia is very nice and you can message her anytime if needed! We got a map of the area in the apartment, we already had one but it can be very practical to find facilities near by the house. The place is clean and looks like on the pictures!

This little place is in the best location possible. It is small, but a perfect place to return to after sightseeing and collapse in a contented heap. The bathroom and kitchen are very basic- you need to shower sitting down due to the low ceiling over the tub- but it’s really worth the location. Massimo e Silvia were very kind and prompt in responding to our questions.

Set in a lovely location, within a good area for traditional and inexpensive dining just out of the centre. This said you can walk into the centre in 15-20 minutes and it's a nice walk. We found the flat to have all we needed and were also given tea coffee and biscuits! I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to cook for yourselves and spend a lot of one indoors simply for the space. You also have to shower sat down as the ceilings are low in the bathroom. Neither of these things bothered us but my be an issue for someone less mobile. All in all very helpful hosts, great location and good stay in Rome.

This quaint place was perfect for our 4 day trip to Rome. It has everything you could need and more. We appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks in the room greatly. The location could not have been more perfect. Right in the heart of the lively Trastevere yet set in a very quiet beautiful street. Do not hesitate just book this place for your stay in Rome you will not be sorry.
