Our House is an 1850 Victorian home located in the quaint town of Vergennes, Vt. The home fits 12-14 people and this price (May-Nov) includes a full country breakfast. There is no cleaning fee. We are walking distance to all shops and restaurants!

"The Willard Suite" has a queen size bed in a large quiet room located conveniently on the ground floor. This room has a full private bath. The adjoining sitting room to the suite has a single bed, large sofa, a couple of inviting arm chairs, and cable television. There are french doors separating both rooms for privacy.
We're situated in the heart of Lake Champlain Valley, just 10 minutes from Basin Harbor Country Club, 15 minutes from Middlebury, and 30 minutes from Burlington.
Whether you've come to hike in the Adirondack or Green Mountains, or to go boating, swimming, or fishing in Lake Champlain, or take in a show at our beautifully restored Vergennes Opera House, you'll enjoy our beautiful setting.
We have six six rooms ranging from $80 to $160 per night, with off-season discounts, weekly, monthly and extended stay rates also available. Nightly rates include a full home-cooked breakfast. We're just two blocks from a number of our town's unique shops and great restaurants.

All rooms have high ceilings, large windows, and original wood floors. Common areas include the living room, the front porch, our patio, and picnic areas / fire pits in the back yard.
Interaction with guests
Bill, and Sue, Broadway veterans love to engage with their guests. Who knows, getting married? Perhaps Bill will sing you a song while you eat breakfast!
Other things to note
We have 2 loving and friendly dogs, a Golden Retriever and a malti-poo !!
We do not allow smoking inside the house. Pets may be allowed depending on the time of year. No cats
We came up to Vermont after having worked in Musical Theater for years, both on and off Broadway. We love the beauty of Vermont and we are raising a daughter up here.
Bill puts together an annual event each year and this will be his 10th year. It is called Broadway Direct and is a fundraiser for 2 theaters here in Vermont. One of the Venues is located 2 minutes from us called the Vergennes Opera House.
