Bill was very welcoming, and other than an initial delay in fixing a broken stove, he quickly responded to messages (because of some notices we received about utilities, these quick replies were much appreciated!). The location was close to the train station, and some new restaurants are opening on the street (sushi, a bagel shop, a bar and grill). The apartment was solid and very livable, though we ultimately felt like it was smaller and not in as great shape as we had hoped given the premium we felt like we were paying. The bathroom in particular was unfortunately quite tiny, as was one of the bedrooms. Nothing but good things to say about Bill, though I think the value proposition on the apartment was just not there.

Stayed here for 4 months and lived here with 5 other people. We brought in 2 beds and someone stayed in the living room. The location was good because of how close it was to the park and the subway. The apartment was alright, but it had small roaches in the kitchen. The landlord was very helpful and they came to treat the roaches but they never really went away, it's a problem in the building. Overall, wasn't the nicest but not bad if you're looking for a reasonably priced place in New York.

Response from Bill:
This is the first i heard of this. When Lydia informed me about the her concerns i told the management of the building right away. She never told me that anything reoccurred. News to me.
