I recommend this place for travellers especially, 2 couples, who would like a big flat with an ok comfort, and who would not stay all day inside the flat. Good thing; the flat is pet friendly - with a closable bedroom.
The price is attractive for what it gives: space, a sunny ok-size terrace, a couple of aircons, a small fridge, a gas 2-burners equipment for cooking, one toilet, a desktop with a computer, wifi, a table and chairs, 2 sofas, and a couple of beds (one is a futon).
I enjoyed the volume of the flat, the sofa at the entrance, the number of electrical plugs, and the lighting in the flat. The terrace is enjoyable too, but it may need a sun umbrella during the summer...
You could also consider his flat if you need a temporary studio for photo shootings.
The flat is located in a semi-industrial area, in a busy street; workshops, constructions, and other industrial businesses running during day time.
For parking, no surprises, it is Tel Aviv (central-southern part), so it's very hard to find a car spot during week days... but the heart of the the city is within 20mn walk - 3 mn drive - same for the central train station.
Yehuda is a nice person, we communicated via SMSs mostly, and calls.
