This is a very nice place with a good location! It was walking distance to the train and very accessible to public transport. Gianluca allowed us to check in very early and met us personally to let us in! Comfy bed and a private bathroom, would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with the stay, excellent location, very comfortable, exactly as described. We were welcomed by Gianluca who even came with us to find a free parking spot, about 10 min walk. Highly recommended.

Gianluca's place was huge and comfortable. We had a huge bathroom to ourselves which is very convenient for us. Around the neighbourhood, there's a lot of good restaurants with good and cheap seafood. La Spezia is a nice place to stay as your base to Cinque Terre as the train service runs every half and hour. I would recommend staying in La Spezia if you have big luggages to carry as Cinque has lotsa steps and hills. Highly recommend Gianluca's place.

Very good location, just 10-15 minutes from railway station (walking). Hosts are very nice and happy to inform you on local transportation to Cinque Terre and other stuff. Worth visiting!
