Brian's place is a conveniently located bachelor's pad in a beautiful natural setting near Highway 1. We had easy access to Point Reyes Station and the trails of Point Reyes National Seashore. The bathrooms could have used working heaters, and the whole place would benefit from a…

It isn't a real Pt. Reyes experience unless you can sit on a deck under redwoods and fruit trees and watch the deer, skunks, voles and various birds do their thing. Add to that a light-filled, quiet house full of books that felt (my husband and our two dogs stayed for 10+days in …

Brian is a generous and gracious host, who accommodated our family's needs. The setting of the house was perfect for us: serene and tranquil. The house is light, spacious and comfortable.

Response from Brian:
Although I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Stephen, he proved to be an outstanding guest. He was flexible and responsive, left the place in immaculate condition and fully restocked the firewood. I would be very pleased to have him stay again in the future, as he made me confident that he would treat the house with the utmost respect. It was also nice to share a little affinity of literature with him.

Brian's home is very cozy, quiet, and secluded, but is conveniently located near the town of Pt. Reyes Station. The house is even more spacious than it looked in the photos, and the main living area is open and light. The wood stove kept the house warm and comfortable on some ver…
