I usually do not write any reviews, but this is a special and memorable experience I ever had at any homestay. Hau and his wife was extremely accommodating and warming to our family. They provided all needs we can possibly ask for. I would like to recommend to anyone who wants to experience the REAL Vietnam experience come stay at the Ferry homestay. And please try their traditional dinner, you will not regret it!. Thank you my friend!!! See you soon.

This is a great place, especially if you are staying with the family. Very clean, modern and spacious. HoiAn ancient town is about 20 minute bike ride away and the beach is about 10. There are bikes provided on the property for you to use. Ours even had child seats for our 2 kids-2 and 5. It was a perfect place to stay in HoiAn and I would definitely stay there again.

Hau and his wife were very hospitable to us during our stay. His wife in particular was extremely helpful, offering to call us taxis and giving us a lot of good information about where to go in Hoi An. The homestay is located in a nice, secluded area (2km from the beach) , albeit a little outside of the Ancient town - the taxi ride cost about (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) way. The family provided breakfast every morning and sat with us to talk, which was all very appreciated. Thank you for being such kind hosts and making us feel so welcome!

We loved Hau's place. The location is quiet and relaxing. The host allows you to use their bikes and it was easy to peddle to the beach or to the city. You can leave the windows open at night and enjoy the fresh breeze and the sounds of frogs and birds. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. I would recommend having dinner with them as their home cooking was fresh and tasty. The linens were fresh and clean and smelled really good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and when we left it was with regret, not only to leave such a relaxing place, but to say goodbye to such a warm and friendly family.

This is an incredible nice place to stay! It's not far from Hoi An by scooter (you can easily rent it cheap from the host), but located in the quiet rice fields. The hosts are very helpful, funny and nice people, always trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible (we broke a scooter, they managed it for us). Hoi An is a very nice city, less traffic, nice to see and good food. One of the best cities in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend this perfect place! Thanks for having us!

We spent almost a week at this lovely say and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is beautiful and the room is of a very high standard. We were incredibly comforta le and the hammocks were a great touch. The grandparents who are the farm owners live in the main house. The son and daughter in law have built four rooms and they live in one with their two adorable daughters. There is an outdoor hut where breakfast and meals are served. Walking arouns the area is a delight and Cui Da beach is a 25 minute cycle away. This listing comes with good bikes. Definitely worth considering. We then had 2 days back at Hoi An where we enjoyed the pool at the hotel but did miss the quiet and space we had at Farm Stay. Would definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay at Ferry Homestay, thank you. It was further out from the old town than we had expected so needed to take a taxi everytime. Being by the water was nice, however. Tea and Coffee making facilities would have been a plus and also a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Thanks Lauren. We will try to serve better. Because the room is designed in ecological conditions should therefore take the lizard is not good in the room hoping that it will not appear when you arrive.
