The house is beautiful. The room was like a 4-star hotel room (clean, comfy, stylish, everything we needed) and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommending it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pottery House Loch Ness B&B! It is located in the village of Dores, just 10 minutes south of Inverness and across from Loch Ness. John and Glen were very welcoming hosts and definitely know how to run a great B&B. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed/duvet were so cozy (it was the most comfortable bed we slept in while in Scotland). We really appreciated their effort to be environmentally friendly and that the delicious breakfast they served was from locally sourced products (including fresh raspberries from their garden). We stayed at many B&Bs during our time in Scotland and this one definitely ranked at the top of our list! We only wished that we stayed longer! We would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the Inverness area.

One of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere, and certainly the nicest B&B by a country mile. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and had a lot of attention to detail - including charging dongles/adapters/cables for almost anything you needed charged. The full cooked breakfast along with freshly baked bread was brilliant as well. Can't recommend this place enough.

My partner and I gave up a busy city life to move to the Highlands of Scotland and run a B&B in a small village on the shore of Loch Ness.

We've been here now for 11 years and still thoroughly enjoy running our own business and meeting folk from all over the world.

5 things I couldn't live without?
