Dear Mirissa, you arrived at the house one hour and half of delay: after one hour i sent you a sms so you received without internet, but you didn't answer me (your group was 6 persons, nobody could text?) BUT the person in the house wait you until your arrival and welcome you. We aren't an hotel, we haven't a consierge, we don't live in the house: so it's important that the guests advice us for a possible delay....
