Other things to note

Pai is a relatively new city with tourism increasing every year. With this in mind, travelers should know that electricity and water may sometimes cut out for periods of 30-60 mins due to construction and weather conditions. Bugs and ants are common in hot and humid environments, this is no exception for Pai. Water discoloration may occur, staff do their best to maintain this and keep it to a minimum for guests comfort and satisfaction. Please be understanding, and if anything is bothering you, please do not hesitate to tell staff, and they will do their best to mitigate the situation and ensure your stay is comfortable :)

We stayed for 7 nights and were satisfied! She was on vacation so we couldn't meet her but she replied us well and her mother took good care of us. It was a bit far from the traveller's street but good enough to get there by motor bike, (In Pai, motor bike is anyway needed) and more quite . We enjoyed staying!

Great little shop with cheap food right out back- breakfast, lunch & dinner. Short walk to the bustling walking st in central pai.

We were picked up from town and taken to Plernpai's by Becca who was very welcoming as well as her partner Om. We ate lunch at the restaurant and the food was delicious and Becca gave us a quick review of Pai and where to eat and what activities were good. The place seemed to be under construction at the time and I'm sure if this was not happening; it would look a little more appealing. The room itself I felt did not reflect the pictures well. The view from the room was disappointing as it just looked out onto broken trees and a ditch. The porch area out back wasn't really suitable to sit outside as there were no chairs. There was however free tea and coffee for hotel guests. We never ventured upstairs so couldn't review on that. The walk to town was roughly 20 mins as the bridge had broken down because of the rain they had earlier in the year. We did rent scooters as a way of getting round which helped out a lot as the place was out the way. All in all, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful but I feel the listing didn't reflect the place or price.

Other than an AirBnB mapping problem taking us 30 minutes out of town everything was great with lovely hosts. Clean room, soft comforter, and a quiet area which is important for me.

Really lovely hosts who go out of their way to make sure you have relevant information about the area and they collected us from the bus station when we arrived. The room was pretty nice, had the best nights sleep I've had since I arrived in Thailand, and although it's out of the centre it's a very easy 15 minute walk in and out. Would definitely stay again! :D Also loved the selection of healthy food options available at the veg cafe next door.

Hello ^^
I originally come from Chiang Mai, I came to visit Pai for 1 week originally, and 10 years later I am still here :) When I initially moved here I owned and managed a Northern Thai food restaurant and then owned a jewelry and art shop. I now enjoy the serene tranquility of conversing and accommodating for travelers alike. If you have any queries about Pai life, and what to do whilst you're visiting, please do not hesitate to ask me!
