This place is great if you're staying in London for a week. It's quite a small room, but there's a double bed, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. Towels, bedding and utensils are also provided, as well as a TV. Wifi is also free and included, though not the fastest internet in the world, but adequate for streaming Netflix and basic searches (I wouldn't recommend trying to upload videos to YouTube or rendering presentations, for example!) Would definitely recommend if you were staying and working in London and didn't want to have to eat out every night, as you're able to cook your own meals which was a Godsend for me. Its quite noisy with the main road outside, but this wasn't a problem for me at all. It can also get quite cold as the windows aren't the best and let in a draught, but there's a thick duvet to sleep under so, again, not a big problem but just something to be aware of. It's at the top of a building with three flights of steep stairs to get up, so only really for those with "good" mobility. However, I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it's hard to see any real negatives to the place, and its heavenly having a whole place to yourself!! Thank you Tara!!

It is a bit noisy, as it is on an important avenue. But other than that, it is great, location wise. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment, and two or three underground stations within 10 min walk. A 24 hrs McDonalds is a few steps away, as well as a Tesco. The room is not exactly big, so not family friendly (right for a single or a couple, tops). It is not dirty, but not suuuuper clean either. But the price is more than reasonable. So, all in all, good value for money

Tara helped me into the apartment, and the room itself was the perfect space for 2 people to stay in!

Have stayed here several times. Perfect for a short business stay when you want private facilities but not at the prices charged by London hotels. Only 20 mins walk from City and handy for Aldgate East station.

Tara was so helpful, when I needed accommodation asap and somewhere to put my things she really made the effort to quickly reply and help me out. The accommodation itself was small but enough for two people, good location close to the underground. As stated it was a loud room to stay in as it was along a main road, and rather hot due to the heat wave, and I couldn't get the shower to stay on a constant temperature. Other than that it was what I needed. Affordable, clean, good location.

I was made very welcome by Kay (Tara's husband) and he helped bring my bag up the many flights of stairs. The room is as described and value for money (in London). There is an excellent #15 bus service outside the door to the City (and serves the local tube network at Aldgate) which is great if you don't do walking. It was a very hot few days in London and I needed the windows open at night so I was glad I brought ear plugs with me for the traffic noise. All in all a great stay. Thank you
