The place is nicely done. We fit 3 adult males here and all slept comfortably. The kitchenette came in handy for breakfasts and late night munchies. The neighborhood is super close to church st. As well as a overlook looking lake cham. We do this trip every year and look fwd to staying there next year. Thanks guys.

Sarah was very easy to communicate with about getting the keys and other logistics, and left wifi info, towels, etc. in addition to a bar of chocolate for us. The place would be a little small if you want to spend a lot of time in the apartment, but we were just using it as a place to crash while running a race/exploring Burlington, so it was a great size for our needs. The location is really unbeatable-- about a 5-10 minute walk from downtown Burlington and also quite close to the waterfront, which made it very easy to get around on foot. Parking was also free and very easy.

Sarah's place was perfect for our weekend in Burlington. It was walking distance to the waterfront and church street. It's a quiet little place that really made our trip carefree. Sarah had left us some delicious chocolates and fresh flowers. When we had trouble finding the key Sarah was very helpful on the phone even late at night. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Burlington.

This was a great base for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area! We enjoyed being so near the bike path and only a short and pleasant walk from downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Sarah made the experience even more pleasant by being in good communication and supplying local recommendations. Thanks, and we'd happily stay again if we're so lucky as to be back in town!

They left us chocolate and extra towels which was really sweet. The space is really ideal for less than 4 people as the living room where the futon is is small.

We never met Sarah, but her apartment was cute & clean. Sleeps 4 easily, great for people looking to crash in Burlington but not hang out in the apartment. She left us a candy bar & was very accessible if we needed anything!

We had a great experience at Sarah's place! The location is terrific - an easy 10-15 min walk/5 min bike ride to shops on Church St and the City Market Co-op. Sarah was a great host - friendly, responsive and reliable, flexible, available if we needed her but otherwise gave us space. She even left flowers and chocolate on the table for us :) The place is small, but clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it for one or two people - while it could comfortably sleep 4, it would be a tight fit for 4 people to hang out in. All in all it was a great stay and I'd stay again next time I need a place in Burlington!
