Located in the heart of the city and footsteps away from restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, tourist attractions, movie theatre and theatres. On the 9th floor, south facing with balcony this one bedroom condo is an ideal location for any visitor.

The space

Built in 2015 this sophisticated modern suite is well suited to city life. Between Douglas and Blanshard on Yates St - 9th floor with views, this one bedroom (queen size) suite has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Luxury furnishings. Kitchen has quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, garburator disposal, Fridge/ freezer, washer and dryer. 19ft long balcony with awesome views.
Common area in building to hang out too with BBQ and firepit.
Ask host about parking - Parking is free from 6pm to 9am on the street and free in the Johnson Street parkade which is located behind the building approximately 200 feet away. The parkade is free from 5 pm to 8am daily and free on Sundays. Street parking is free on holidays and Sundays.

There is a city car park directly behind the condo building on Johnson Street.
Johnson Street Parkade - 750 Johnson Street (232 parking spaces) when you leave the parking lot walk over the road at the crossing and cut through Odeon Alley which will take you to the buliding
View Street Parkade - 743 View Street (531 parking spaces)

Parking is free in the city parkades from 5pm - 8am. Street parking is free from 6pm-9am. City parkades and street parking is free on Statutory Holidays and every Sunday.

This is a strictly non smoking building, a $200 fine will be enforced if smoking occurs.

1.It would be appreciated if you would remove your shoes whilst in the condo.
2.The quartz countertops are highly porous so if you spill anything that will create a stain (red wine/tea/coffee tomato sauce as an example) please could you wipe it up straight away. Same goes with the placemats
3.Please do not place any hot items on the quartz countertops, please use the marble plate/ trivets or cutting boards for this.
4.If you need to clean the stove top, please use the Weimans cleaner which you will find below the sink and the cloth provided.
5.Patio cushions – there are some cushions on the shelf in the cloak cupboard in the living room which you can use for extra comfort on the balcony chairs, if you use them can you put them back at night in the cupboard so they stay clean and dry.
6.Please remove your garbage when you depart.
7.Spare garbage bags and recycling bins for your use are located under the kitchen sink.
8. Washing machine is very sensitive and only requires a very small amount of laundry detergent otherwise it will start doing strange things, same with overloading it.
9. Tumble dryer – please remove lint from the screen after each use.
10. If there is a copyright infringement to the IP address in the condo there will be a $175.00 charge taken out of your security deposit. You must NOT download anything that is illegal using wifi in the condo.
Lost or missing keys and fobs will be charged $100.00 for replacement each set plus the charge for a locksmith to come and change the locks (an additional charge of $100.00). Full cost $200.00.

Please review the check out instructions on your departure please can you advise us what time you wish to leave (bearing in mind that check out is by 11am) . Please don't forget to remove any trash on your departure. Enjoy your stay!

A very convenient location for our visit to Victoria - close to everything we wanted to do and see. A beautiful, comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities and appliances. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant, relaxed stay in Victoria.

Marcia's place was great - very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. The condo is in a great neighborhood, walking distance from absolutely everything - anything you may need is within a block or two. The location could not be more perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the Downtown vicinity. We took the shuttle from the airport and it drops you off just across the street which is perfect and a cost saver instead of cabbing. Anyone used to air conditioning may find it too hot during summer months - air conditioning is not hooked up but Marcia does provide a good quality fan. If you are used to using fans or come from markets such as BC where AC is not readily used then you shouldn't find an issue at all. The only disappointment was that I had made pre-arrangements with Marcia for late checkout. We had made a deal that I would support in doing some extra clean up in order to leave later. The morning of, Marcia called to let me know another guest wanted to check in (earlier then the standard 3pm check in) and that unfortunately she would need me to check out earlier then our agreement. Although we had a couple extra hours, it was still disappointing as I had already spent the morning doing the extra cleanup to help and then had the plans changed. It left us in a lurch as we had baggage to lug around the city. Only thing I would look into going forward is ensuring the check in/out time is stuck to more closely so commitments on both ends can be met. With that being said, Marcia was great with her communication and was very quick to respond.

In response to Erin's review, first of all there is NO Air conditioning in the building. In respect of the late check out I did agree to this but got an instant booking for the same day therefore making the late check out not possible and I had made that clear to Erin. I did let her check out at 12pm instead of my regular check out time of 11am and my check in time is 2pm so I had to allow for the place to be cleaned etc. for the instant booking for the same day. I am set up on Airbnb for instant bookings and it was just unfortunate for them that another guest booked early that morning to stay that day. I did let Erin know early morning.

Staying at Marcia place was prefect. This was the first time my husband and I visited Victoria and we couldn't of picked a better place to stay. Marcia's place is centrally located, we could walk everywhere, we really appreciated not having to worry about getting a cab every time we went out. She was very helpful with ideas of where to go with the information she left for us in the apartment. Marica was easy to communicate with, and has a very thorough instructions guide. Her place was very clean and very upscale. Great view from the balcony.
