1 room, 1 caravan 12min off highway, you get to rest in this peaceful country house, in the bush, with chickens, ducks, kangaroos, wombats, wild twitty birds. For breakfast, you can pick seasonal veges in the garden, cook your own with ingredients provided.

Please note bridge closure on Bungonia Road. This is relevant for guests coming from Melbourne Way, so please have a look on map to see the couple of ways to get around the short Bungonia Road, no extra distance.

The space

The cosy house is situated In bush (12min off highway btw Sydney and Canberra), you can go for little bushwalks on the property, you can experience growing vegetables, feeding chickens etc, relaxing around. Goulburn town is less than 15min away.

Guest access

lounge, kitchen, deck, bathroom, 2 toilets, garden, your own private room as seen in picture (sleeps 2).
I also have
- There's also a sofa bed in the lounge room if you have extra people (sleeps 2)
- also a caravan available for more privacy at $39/night (sleeps 2), you can still use the house facilities. Every room including the caravan has a wardrobe.

Interaction with guests

I respect people's privacy and personal space. I only chat for a friendly atmosphere and a home environment (about half an hour/day), can chat more if both parties want.

Other things to note

Please take good care of your own safety as you walk on the bush property, it's bush with sticks, rocks and wildlife, I'm not responsible for any injuries. I have a first aid kit for such unlikely incidents.

Cleo was warm and welcoming to our little family and ensured that we had plenty of space for us to be comfortable and in the same room. She happily welcomed us fairly late on our arrival night and stayed up to make sure we were all settled. Cleo even provided fresh chicken and duck eggs for breakfast that were delicious. A nice, comfortable and friendly stay.

Cleo's place is a lovely room with a comfortable bed and access to a spacious bathroom on a quiet farm. She is a friendly and most attentive host. I can recommend her place to anyone who would like to wake up with beatiful birdsong!.

Cleo's place was perfect for a stop over night on our drive through. Cleo & her family were great hosts treating us to some delicious Chinese tea on arrival. We felt comfortable and welcome in her home, would have been great to have some time to explore the property. Thanks!

Cleo is a great host, she is informative and spent the time to show me around . I was traveling on my own and wanted to be out of network range to unwind and clock off from work. It is very close to Bugonia National park and within my expectations. Her parents also is present but they're beautiful, barely seen them. I would highly recommend a single traveler that wants to be close in range with nature and away from technology for a night or two. Thank you Cleo for your hospitality.
