Gorgeous super spacious two BR apartment in safe Kilimani/Valley Arcade neighbourhood. 3min away from mini market, coffee shop, bars and my fave restaurant. Tons of other great restaurants nearby as well. Close proximity to 4 malls,10 mins from Westlands and 20 mins from CBD by car. Very easily accessible public transportation.
Also, my apartment is 100% queer friendly! This is a safe space :)
The apartment has a rustic vibe...and two huge balconies if you smoke or just want to sit outside. We might not have a pool or gym but we have one better,a back up generator:)).Which means no black outs.Besides,we are a 10min walk to Methodist which has a pool, and there are many lovely affordable gyms in the area including a bikram yoga studio in nearby lavington and a pretty awesome jogging path through the neighbourhood.
I have a comfy sofa bed for any additional guest you let me know of.
Consistent wifi and cable tv.
Interaction with guests
I'm not around much as I work long hours but I'm always happy to hang out when I can:).I've stocked up on a couple of maps and guidebooks that you are free to borrow.Weekly game night plan in progress:).
Other things to note
The cleaning lady is friendly and can clean your room once a week for no added cost. However,If you need your laundry done and do not mind forking out 5$ she'd be happy to do it for you.The washing machine should hopefully get plugged up soon.
The room can comfortably fit two...there is a sofa bed in the living (URL HIDDEN) extra people/Person is +10$ per night.
No smoking indoors...you have the choice of two balconies for that.
The apartment is 420 friendly but that is about it.Zero tolerance to class A drugs. If you would not do it in front of your gran or legally in a coffee shop in Amsterdam then it's unequivocally not permitted.
It is a relatively quiet neighbourhood so loud parties beyond midnight are not permitted.
Even though I love animals,no pets are allowed in the complex.
Cream couch!Please don't stain it.
This is a love and hug zone which means homo/trans/queer phobia or any form of bigotry including all the baddie 'isms' have no place here.
A general standard of tidiness is expected...leave it as you found it:).
i'm an easy going Afro-feminist,Panafricanist,Love columbus and own life analyst that punctuates with smileys a lot:)
I love having a laugh,a good book,smokey whiskey,live music and stimulating conversations.
My house is 100% queer friendly:)...and I'm getting around to committing to house themes like 'pancake sunday',and weekly game night...not doing so well with that yet,but I'll get there:).
