Thank you for coming here. We are offering a room to rent in the centre of Prague - beautiful Vinohrady neighbourhood. A cosy and spacious apartment. For more info, please read bellow.
Hallo everyone, thank you for coming here :)
We're offering 1 room in the centre of Prague - beautiful neighbourhood of Vinohrady. It is a spacious flat with two separate rooms and a kitchen with a big living room. Daily price is for 2 people in one room, additional person on the sofa-bed in the living room is possible.
Bed is big and very comfortable - Queen size (Europe) = 180x200cm
Flat is located in the Vinohrady area. It is a fairly quiet and residential area and so you don't have to worry about the noise from the street. But at the same time it is located in the centre so you can walk to the Wenceslas Square by foot or just go one station by metro.
What is great about it is that you get a lot of sun in the living room (as you can see in the pictures). The room offered has a big and comfortable 180cm bed and large storage space. Everything is furnished. Then there is a kitchen with a big living room, the kitchen is fully equipped so I'm sure you could often enjoy cooking something at home :)
As for electric equipmement - washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are all there.
And there will always be a nice bottle of Moravian wine or czech beer waiting for you in the fridge :)
Interaction with guests
You will share the apartment with my best friend Michal who lives in the other room. He knows Prague very well and he will gladly help you if there is any problem whatsoever. As an easy-going person he might be even a good companion for lonely travellers. I (Suzie) live on the same street just a few doors from it. This way I can help you anytime too. I am a very open-minded and welcoming student doing her Master's degree. Me or Michal would be happy to show you around or to at least tell you all about the coolest places in Prague or which places you should absolutely avoid :)
Unfortunately smoking is not allowed, but there is a balcony.
The listing says no parties but you are free to hang out in the evening in the living room or your room with your friends - just please keep it rather quiet and don't break anything :)
Please, take off your shoes and use slippers inside the flat (that's the Czech way).
In the Czech Republic, there is a no-noise rule after 10pm.
Also, please do not lose your keys. They are special keys with a chip so should you lose them, we will have to use the deposit to get a new pair, it is 100 EUR per pair.
