The Estate spans the length of a city block and directly fronts the deep and protected waters of “Little McPherson Bayou,” with immediate boating access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The “Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort” is graced by its premier waterfront, free form pool and richly landscaped grounds and overlooks its own private marina. This pristine 220-foot wharf can accommodate vessels up to 140 feet and nine more slips can easily moor vessels from 40 to 70 feet. This incomparable moorage comprises the largest private deep water dockage and covered boat house in the Southeast. Additional marine equipment includes an electronic 15,000 lb. boat lift. Regarding Early Check in and Late Check out:
If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you would need to reserve the night prior for early check-in or night of departure for late check-out at the time of your original booking. As we are a private residence booking company with a constant influx of guests arriving and departing it is necessary to adhere to check in times of 4 pm and check out times of 11 am in order to prepare the residence for the next guests arriving. When possible we will try to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee.

Due to recent events with clients and renters lying about how many people are in their group/party, the occupancy number listed will be strictly enforced and is the maximum number of permitted guests allowed in this property at one time. If you go over this number you will forfeit your deposit and be escorted off the property. If your size in number grows before you check in please contact Brandon as he has over 100 vacation rentals and will more than likely be able to move you to another larger property. Thank you.
