Absolutely delighted with our stay! Susan and Barry were so accommodating and helpful. The house could not have been more charming and neat. The location was perfect for us. The area and parking was convenient, not too busy and very close to central city.

My parents stayed at Susan's home during a recent trip to Phila. Everything about the stay was great and Susan was delightful to communicate with. Would definitely recommend Susan's home for a future stay.

Susan was a fantastic host. We felt very much at home in their very comfortable historic home. Great location, close to Philadelphia Museum of Art. If you are a runner you will enjoy the location. Whole Foods a couple of blocks away. Several trendy restaurants within walking distance. An easy Uber to Center City. Thank you for having breakfast ready for us before our run along the Schulykill.

This was a fantastic place. It's a front room on the second floor of a townhouse right in Center City, by Logan Square. The room is large and attractively decorated, and the private bathroom is spacious and very well appointed. The location was perfect -- just three blocks from the start line for the Philly Marathon (which is why I was in town) and convenient for walking around and exploring the center of the city the day before. Susan and Barry were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts -- they even bought my favorite breakfast food for before the race and champagne to celebrate afterward. Way above and beyond. I corresponded with Susan in advance of our stay and she was highly responsive. It was also an excellent value. I strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting Philly.

Susan and Barry were great. This was my first AirB&B experience and they set the bar pretty high. I traveled to Philly to start a new job, all the nearby Hotels were booked so I looked to the AB&B community for help. The location was perfect for walking to work, just a few blocks, but there is lots of good food, shopping and a huge newly opened Whole Foods about 2 blocks away. The Rodin & Barnes Museums are just 3 or 4 blocks away and the walk is very nice. The house was built in the late 1860 and has been modernized but still kept the vintage charm. Susan's decorating skills complement the uniqueness of the home. My favorite item is a early 20th century phone. Although it has push buttons, it still looks like it belongs. Barry skills are a little more edgy in that he is a secret Rock Star. When he found out that I played guitar, he started pulling various styles of guitars from everywhere. We jammed and it was a pretty special surprise. I don't remember that ever happening at the Sheraton. Susan and Barry checked in with me everyday to make sure I had what I needed. It was a very good week.

What can I say? Barry loved being called a "secret Rock Star"! Thank you for very kind review. We hope to see you again so you can "jam" longer next time. You and Barry need to take it on the road!
