Late check-in: Please be sure to arrange a late check-in prior to your arrival, if you plan to arrive at the apartment after 19 a supplement of € 40 from Monday to Friday, and 60€ for saturday, sunday weekends and bank holidays.
Please note it’s requested to agree on the arrival hour, as for any delay without forewarning it will be applied a fee of € 5,00 each 30 minutes of delay till maximum € 50,00.
In case you do not have any of these credit cards, you will need to arrange the payment of the deposit in advance by writing us.
COPY OF PASSPORTS OR ID DOCUMENTS
Please remind that upon check-in we require a copy of the identity documents / passports of all guests, including children. So remember to bring a copy with you for our internal registration.
Check out TIME:
Please remind that check out time is from 7 am to 10 am.
Late check out is possible only upon request to check the availability, and in case this is possible, please note that there is an extra fee to pay that correspond to 50% supply of one night stay. In case you wish to prolong your stay, please send us an email to our booking office.
Check in must be not earlier than 15pm. Check out not later than 11 am.
Exceptionally if you need to arrive earlier or later, you should let us know in advance, as we are not a Hotel and need to organize personal staff to let you in.
Please be ON TIME. We are happy to welcoming you, but it is important you respect the time you have told us otherwise a charge of 20 euro will be applied.
Check in consists in meeting with our personal staff, and she will show you the apartment, garage, light box room, garbich room etc.
Please note that at the check in, your documents will be registred and you will sign an internal document.
At your check out the apartment will be checked. Please, let us know in advance if some damage has been created.
Please make sure to do not take away our flowers that we leave between your towels, or the teddy bears we leave for the kids, otherwise a sanction will be applied.
All our forniture can be sold, on request, so please make sure to ask for prices in case you want to buy something.
If your check out is very early we need to check the apartment at least the evening before your departure.
If you have any special request, please let us know in advance.

No smoking apartment
Please remind that it must be done a Differentiated garbage collection ( plastic, paper, organic)
Respect to the neighbors, DO NOT DISTURB the neighbors with music, lowd speak as this is a private condo with other persons who live there.
We are not a hotel, but If you require a daily cleaning service with change towels, please ask in advance, and please note that is an extra service with a separate cost, we will be happy to provide any service you might need.
The cleaning service do not include cleaning of kitchen and accessories used, however if you like this service please request it at the check in for 20 euro. In this case an extra cost of 20 € will be applied.
We kindly ask our guests the utmost respect for the neighborhood, and civil behavior, and do not disturb or create damage to the apartment.
The price includes an overnight stay in the type of home you choose, maid service and cleaning service with change of linen once a week for period longer than 1 week.
For long stays: weekly cleaning exclude the kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, kits etc).
Please clan the stuff you are using as you were at your home.
The day and time of the cleaning service will be established with you on the day of check-in.
The cleaning service does not include rubbish removal, or washing utensils you use.
Kindly let you supply to find the apartment in good condition, otherwise it will result in a fine of 50 € will be deducted from the deposit.
Please remove the rubbish and leave it in the garbage waste room near the garages during your stay.
The day of your check-out, please store the garbage in the garbage room reminding to separate plastic from paper and humid.
The apartment is delivered immaculate. If there are small damage my cooperators will show you during check in. Please check the apartment during check-in. The person who provide the check in is the only responsible to take note of any extra damage, during check-in. Once the phase of the check in any damage not reported during the check in will be charged and deducted from the deposit. We do not accept reports of damage after the delivery of the house. To check out quickly, or to check out at times outside our standard times, we reserve 48 hours to report any damage. If no damage is done you will be refunded the deposit after 48 hours.
The apartment is delivered perfectly in order and clean and sanitized. Please kindly provide keep it clean throughout your stay. Before checking out the apartment must be left in the condition in which I will have delivered. Upon check out. It is strictly forbidden leave the apartment dirty and messy for example kitchen utensils dirty, shopping bags, glass bottles, garbage, dirty walls and floors, doors dirty etc. The kitchen must be in order and all the utensils clean. If that 'it is not done there will be a penalty of at least 50 euro to a maximum of 300 Euros which will be deducted from the deposit in cash or requests.
If you want extra cleaning service can request it at check in. The cost per hour is 20 euro.
Absolutely no Smoking in house. Violators will be charged a penalty of 500 € which will be deducted from the deposit or credit card.
Please switch off light, air conditioning, and electric devices when you are not in the apartment.
Please close all windows if you are not in the apartment or if the air conditioning is on.
It is forbidden to enter the apartment people who have not been registered at check in.
It is forbidden to disturb the neighbors with noises.
You may not use music or TV at high volume.
No Party. This is a house NO PARTY.
Please do not walk in house shoes with heels or noisy. Please use slippers or barefoot.
You may not use any flammable objects.
Forbidden to hang linen, or leave objects on the outside balcony.
The pets are welcome! We kindly ask you not to leave them alone at home to avoid unpleasant incidents that may arise, leaving the pet alone in the house.
Please do not EVER remove the key from the Modem to have wifi throughout the house. If the key should be removed the wifi is not working. Kindly do not touch the Modem.
And 'possible to organize quiet dinners, and ask for our catering service. For music parties we ask us know because not all parties can be met. Noise is prohibited after 21.00 in the apartment and condominium common areas.
Please turn off the air conditioning or heating, lights, tv and appliances when you leave the apartment in order to avoid wasting electricity and environment Do not use the air conditioning or heating with the windows open. If you need air conditioning or heating, always close the doors and windows.
Only for stays of 7 nights, it offers a service of cleanings and linen-towel change. If you want a DAILY service with change of towles, this should be asked in advance and booked in advance, as it is an extra.
Leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, and all furniture and appliances to its original place. Always clean kitchen utensils and check out make sure they are all clean. If they are left dirty will be charged a penalty of 40 Euros which will be paid in cach to check out.
About the WASTE
Forbidden to leave garbage outside on the balcony.
All waste must be separated. You will be shown the deposit garbage.
Separate organic waste from recyclable materials (paper and cardboard, plastic, glass and metals, batteries, drugs and hazardous waste, etc) let them in separate plastic bags clearly visible. Use the bin in the kitchen for kitchen scraps and organic waste. If you have a particular need dictated by the presence in the family of an infant or elderly let us present.
You will be given a set of keys. If you ask for two let us present before your arrival.
Please pay particular attention:
- If your keys are lost or stolen they should be reported immediately to us. The costs for replacement keys, reassignment or emergencies that involve € 250 will be charged from the deposit.
- Never leave your keys in the lock when you're inside the apartment. If you forget them there, we lock the lock, and we will have to call the locksmith and you will be charged the full cost of repairs, plus a supplement of 40 € in cash to send someone to let you in.

The check-out is at 10:00.
Late check-in: Please be sure to arrange a late check-in prior to your arrival, if you plan to arrive at the apartment after 19 a supplement of € 40 Monday-Friday and 60€ Weekends and bank holidays. Subject to availability, you can stay longer at an additional cost equal to half of the daily rate.

any persons who enter in the apartment for safety issues will have to be registrate. It is absolutely forbidden to let enter third parties (Maintainers electricians, housekeepers, chefs, and whoever he is) to entry into the apartment and offer their services inside our facilities or our apartments as a matter of liability against possible damage accidents at work is absolutely forbidden for unauthorized third parties to perform services and work in the apartment.
