Interaction with guests
We can interact as little or as much as you like! We can provide you with a locals perspective on what to do while you are here and give you tips about anything you like, or you can show up, sit back and relax in your private mountain paradise!
Other things to note
We are minutes away from world class mountain biking, hiking, paraglide launches, backcountry skiing, snowmobiling, flyfishing, whitewater rafting and many lakes. As with any new surrounding a guide can help you get to the goods faster. Ask us who's the best options and we'll get you on your way.
Please note we have a 3 night minimum stay on long weekends and holidays. Maximum of 8 guests is strictly enforced.
We want you to treat our home like you would treat your own. We live on the property and respect our neighbors, so parties and loud music are not allowed. Other than that the house is a space to rejuvenate and relax so put your feet up and enjoy! Please be aware that we run on a septic system and well water so water conservation is of utmost importance here on the farm.
We are a fully functioning homestead and raise chickens, pigs and have a lovely little milk cow named Ella. For this reason we do not allow dogs on the property. If you have a special request you can always ask!
My husband Gus and I moved to the area with the dream of producing all our own food in a mountain environment. We have since achieved this goal and have started to raise a family in the process. We are excited to share our space with you and if you are interested share our passion and life lessons learned through growing our own food
