We want you to treat our home like you would treat your own. We live on the property and respect our neighbors, so parties and loud music are not allowed. Other than that the house is a space to rejuvenate and relax so put your feet up and enjoy! Please be aware that we run on a septic system and well water so water conservation is of utmost importance here on the farm.

We are a fully functioning homestead and raise chickens, pigs and have a lovely little milk cow named Ella. For this reason we do not allow dogs on the property. If you have a special request you can always ask!

Our family of 8 adults stayed here over the thanks giving weekend. We haven't had a full family getaway in quite a while and this was a wonderful place to stay. We received freshly baked bread and eggs from the farm every morning as well as milk and cream and fruit. The house and area provides a perfect getaway from the city and connection back to nature. There are lots of walks nearby and Pemberton is only a 15 mins drive away. Jocelyn and Gus and there two little ones, Xavier and Juno, were lovely to meet and exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

If you are just thinking of staying here do it!! This place is exactly as described and much more. Lovely spacious house, spotlessly clean and Jocelyn has thought of everything you will need right down to fresh bread at the door every morning for breakfast. This place is idyllic on a little farm and a beautiful garden set amongst some of the most stunning scenery in the world. We wish we could have stayed longer . I cannot recommend Sweetwater Farm highly enough. 5 stars well deserved.

Wonderful place for our family to stay. Fresh veggies from the garden! Lovely animals.

We booked the last remaining Pemberton accommodation for our wedding and we're so lucky to have discovered Sweetwater Lane Farm! The location, ~15 minutes outside of Pemberton, is second to none and we really felt like we'd travelled to the Swiss Alps. A beautiful home with many "master suites" on a breathtaking, serene piece of land. Our children loved feeding the resident pigs, chickens, cow, and donkeys and picking raspberries and blueberries straight from the bush! The property's spectacular location was only surpassed by the warm hospitality of owners Jocelyn and Gus. Who could say no to fresh bread and eggs delivered to your doorstep?! We will be back!

It was so nice to be surrounded by animals - they were also super friendly and made you feel welcome. Thanks again for having us - everyone in the group was super happy to have stayed at Sweetwater lane :)

Jocelyn and Gus' place is truly amazing. You're in the woods but at a farm but in a luxurious house all at once. The house gets tons of natural light and has high ceilings, fireplaces and and lots of wood details. It smells and feels good just being there. Delicious eggs and bread were provided in the morning. We bought breakfast sausages and a roasting chicken too. The house has a great kitchen and tons of patio space. It was the perfect spot for my extended family to get away from the city for a weekend. I'd highly recommend it! We'll be back at some point.

We went to Jocelyn's place in last days of winter with eight members of our family, such a nice and spacious place for all of us. It was inspiring to see their farm and to see first hand how they live their life there. The hospitality and peace in that farm were amazing. Wonderful memories were created for us and we are delighted to know this inspiring family. Need to mention their lovely golden retriever dog, Ozzie and their cats and chickens beside their other animals which made our days even more special while we celebrated the first day of Spring! I can write a long essay about all the nice things on that farm, the fresh bread in the morning and the wonderful outdoor fire pit at night plus watching the beautiful clear sky and much more! Way to go! Thanks again for wonderful memory!

My husband Gus and I moved to the area with the dream of producing all our own food in a mountain environment. We have since achieved this goal and have started to raise a family in the process. We are excited to share our space with you and if you are interested share our passion and life lessons learned through growing our own food
