Beautiful spacious townhouse with spectacular views that couldn't be beat! Robyn was very accommodating, letting us drop our luggage at 11am the morning of arrival, even though she had a previous renter who just checked out at 10am. She showed us around and gave us thorough instructions on how to use everything, so we had no questions during our stay. We came back at 3pm, and the house was immaculate. Robyn also gave us a late check out at 1pm the day we left, since our flight wasn't until 430pm. There was a high end Nespresso machine with pods to use for an early morning wake up. Robyn also offered anything to eat or drink there (including cereals, snacks, food in the fridge/freezer, water, wine, beer and spirits). We got around by walking, and we also used Uber for longer trips or if weather was bad. Most of our Uber trips were around $7-13 around town. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we're in town, and highly recommend Robyn's place to anyone else coming to the San Francisco area.

My wife and I stayed here while we were in SF for our wedding, and it was a phenomenal experience. Everything we could possibly want. The views from the terrace are amazing - the photos on AirBnB don't do it full justice. You have panoramic views all around the city and bay almost from the Transamerica Pyramid (somewhat hidden by the neighbor's tree) all the way to Coit Tower on the other side (which seems only a stone's throw away). You can see the Golden Gate as well, on a clear day (which we luckily had several of). Perfect for sitting outside and relaxing with some coffee / tea. Inside is very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Robyn graciously let us have some family members come visit us there after our ceremony, and there was plenty of room for ~12 total people in any of the main rooms and terrace without us feeling like we were falling over each other. They had all the amenities you could possibly need - cookware, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, plenty of towels, etc. Some food and drinks also (some from previous renters, I believe) - they have a "help yourself but try to leave something new in return" guidance. House manual is extremely detailed and really left no questions. Robyn was very accessible via text during our stay, but we really only confirmed that we had arrived and gotten in okay. Everything else was great. The location is within convenient walking distance of a lot of the city - we didn't even bother with Uber unless we were going further away than Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf (disclaimer - we like to walk and hills don't bother us). Note - it is located off of a VERY steep hill (even by SF standards) and I would not necessarily recommend trying to drive / park on that part of the street if you are not experienced with SF driving. Lots of vehicles bottom out at the bottom of the street. No issues with Uber drop-offs, but I would suggest having them pick you up at the intersection at the bottom of the hill where it is flat(ter). Overall a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again, no question.

This was a perfect experience. The townhouse is fantastic, the neighborhood possibly the best in town, quiet yet walkable, the views hard to match, the hosts very friendly and responsive, the check-in and check-out very efficient. The description of the townhouse is accurate. I'd like to mention two small details that may have not been listed: (1) there is a great selection of bed pillows, so any renter will find their favorite type, and (2) the Nespresso machine is stocked with a large selection of coffees that will match every taste, all the way from a light roast decaf to a very strong dark roast, and everything in between. Thanks Robyn and Gower! We will check availability of your place first next time we visit SF!

We live in San Francisco and we often spend time in Australia and New Zealand. We recently completed building at our California Coastal property and like to spend time there which is why we are making our home available to guests who would love to enjoy an amazing away from home experience in San Francisco. We manage some other nice family related properties which we also like to make available for your enjoyment from time to time.
