Nestled on a six acre ranch in Leipers Fork, TN, we offer a cottage with a King Bed that has a kitchenette and full bath. The cottage, also known as the "Writing Hut" was named after Roahl Doah's Writing Hut in England. It's very Thomas Kinkade; magical and charming.
Gratidude Ranch is a rustic, timeless place and once you enter, get ready for a MAGICAL experience.
The cottage can sleep up to two adults in a king bed. Although we have two toddler mattresses, the guesthouse on the property would be better suited for a larger family and is also available on AirBnB. The cottage has a kitchenette and full bath and overlooks our pasture. Perfect for a couple, a painter, a writer, a musician, or anyone who simply needs a getaway.
A barn on the property offers a gathering area to read, relax or swing.
There is an additional space that can sleep two (2) called the bunkhouse. It does NOT have a restroom, so these guests would need access to the restroom in the cottage. We rent this room for $50 per night and it is based on availability.

Somehow after living in Los Angeles for almost 10 years, we ended up in a little village called Leipers Fork and we absolutely LOVE IT! Together, we've been touring as a band for over a decade, and along the way we've made some smart investments. Gratidude Ranch was an unexpected surprise and we just can't keep good things to ourselves, so we decided to rent out our unique guesthouse and cottage on the property.
We also have a few cabins that we rent on Airbnb in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN.
I'm a real estate agent and I am happy to help our renters with their real estate needs while visiting the area. Whether relocating from another state and needing me to do some research, send listings prior to your visit and setting up showings during your stay, or simply needing a place in between moves or looking for a long term rental property, I'm happy to help!
We also run a non-profit off our ranch called "SAFE". We serve foster children and other families in need through several programs on the ranch. To learn more you can do a web search for Safe, Affirming, Family Environment. A portion of all rentals go to support our non-profit.
If you're staying at the ranch on a weekend, make sure to ask if we are hosting a farm-to-table dinner during your stay. deMarco is a Health & Wellness professional and incorporates his passion for healthy food on the ranch. We book pretty far in advance, however, sometimes folks cancel last minute so we may have a seat just for you.
We're grateful for what we've been given, and when we get to share it with others, it just makes our world happier. We live on our ranch site full-time with our twin sons, but our sleeping quarters are very private. You can have your privacy, or visit with us as we work the ranch.
