Light filled Loft with beautiful shared yard, small updated kitchen and bath. 1 off street parking space, shared laundry facilities, Wifi and Cable.

The space

The Loft area is considered the bedroom. Furnishings include a queen bed with twin daybed with twin trundle. Sofa pull out and flat screen TV in living space.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the Garden Loft and 1 assigned parking space. The large back yard and patio area is shared space along with the laundry facilities.

Interaction with guests

I am accessible by phone, text and email. I send out a check in video and the door has a coded lock so guests check themselves in and out. Unless there is an emergency, don't expect to see me.

Other things to note

There is more than one Airbnb unit on this property. You have exclusive use of the unit but the yard, driveway and laundry facilities are shared- contact me before booking if you have any questions.

- Quiet Hours Between 8pm-8am- this includes loud TV's, loud conversations (if someone is on the other side of the wall and can hear everything you're saying/listening to, its too loud), loud children.

We do not have strict check out policy. Please return all the keys to where you found them at check in. Thank you!

Unit is rented for lodging purposes only, no gathering allowed (without prior arrangement). Only guests in the original reservations are allowed in the premises, no extra guest, no day/night visitors.
Check in time is after 3pm (no early check in without prior arrangement).
Check out time is before 11am (no late check out without prior arrangement).
No smoking of any kind
No candles
No moving of or bringing in outside furniture.
This is a multi-level house in a quiet/residential neighborhood and we do have neighbors on each side. So please no party or loud noises.
Quiet time is from 10.00pm to 8.00am.

Please do not use our address to receive mail/packages. They will be returned to sender.

SECURITY CAMERAS – Guests understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the apartment

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Owner or Owner’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Owner may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Owner or Owner’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency. If Guest abandons or vacates premises, Owner may, at this option, terminate this agreement, re-enter the premises and remove all Guest's property.

Arbitration. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this rental contract are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Laura was a great host, responsive and helpful. The place was as described. And the benefits of the backyard, outdoor seating and laundry were all appreciated. Our kids had a great time seeing old friends in the neighborhood at this great Airbnb in Willow Glen.

We stayed at the Garden Loft for 10 days. A great stay in an ideal private and quiet location. Easy to get around and off street parking was useful as was the laundry facilities at the back of the property. Safeway (24 hour) is a short walk away. Includes fast wifi and I'd probably always consider this place over a hotel when I'm back in San Jose.

My brief stay at Laura's Garden Loft was fantastic. She was an extremely helpful and communicative host - she even sent me a video to show me where to park and how to get in! The loft was just as its presented in the pictures - spacious and airy. The location was ideal for me - I was on a business trip and had to visit numerous clients in the Silicon Valley area.

Check-in process was super easy. Laura was a great host who sent helpful instructions on where to park, how to get into the loft, and helped us retrieve a couple items we left behind. The listing does mention that this is not the only rental on the property. Important to note, however, that the living room does share a wall with another rental (studio), and that wall is really thin. I woke up at 3AM because I could hear a phone notification vibrating through the wall, all the way from the loft area, which is on the opposite side of the rental.

The property has a pleasant decor, aircon and comes with access to a shared area washing machine and tumble dryer. Peaceful location and a short walk to Safeway and other local stores. Parking on site never an issue and there's a well-maintained garden just outside. Laura is very responsive, flexible and a great host!
