Classic Tuscan style apartment on the first floor of a 1400 palace in the heart of the historic center of Florence. The house is surrounded by natural oak parquet floors and large bright windows.

The apartment consist of a large living room with relax area, sofas, tv and dining table; 1 bathroom fully equipped with 2 sink, bath/shower, bidet.

There are 2 very large bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 2 single beds.
Kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, large table and tv; there is a laundry room with washing machine which also has dryer function.

We are located in Via della Spada 15, in the heart of Florence, between the basilica of Santa Maria Novella and Via Tornabuoni, the famous luxury shopping street.

The whole city can be visited by foot and you have everything you may need right below the house: supermarket, bars, tobacco shops, ATMs and a huge choice of groceries, typical bakeries and some of the most renowned and famous restaurants and taverns of typical Florentine cuisine!

Don't miss the world's oldest and historical pharmacy-perfume shop Santa Maria Novella, the shop-museum with more than 800 years of history, just two steps away from the apartment!
