If we could give this place six stars we would. Bob and Angela were such fantastic hosts. We arrived Monday before hurricane Irma hit and both Bob and Angela took such good care of us, treating us like family and really preparing for the storm with us in mind. I can't say enough good things about this place. The apartment was in a great neighborhood in a traditional building and perfectly located. It was beautiful. When we come back to San Juan we will always stay here. Thank you both immensely.

Had a great stay here! The location was perfect, in Old San Juan, walking distance to everything, but in an area that's a little quieter. The kitchen was bare bones, but just what we needed, especially since the place was so close to the supermarket. I was concerned that the loft bed was going to be too warm, considering someone else's comment that the AC was in the other bedroom, but the whole place stayed really cool, to the point where I woke up a little cold in the morning even in the loft! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay! I have to say the communication was spot on! Any time I had questions about places to see, restaurants or places to buy things the communication was speedy! Only 3 of us stayed there but 5 could have fit! There are two big beds and there was a small cot in the closet and my sister decided to use the "futon chair" as a bed to have her own space! The place was just as described. Spacious enough with AC. There's a bed in the loft, make sure if you're planning to stay there that you don't mind going up the stairs. I used that room and it worked out perfectly for me! It's a short walk to the bar nightlife and a short walk as well to plazas and restaurants. Best part is you can see Castillo San Cristobal from the doorsteps. Loved staying here! I felt very welcomed!

It was a good price and a great location. Parking is at a nearby garage, which was cheap per day as well.

First, This place has a location in Old San Juan that's an easy walking distance to everything and is nice and quiet at night. For location it's an A+. 2nd, The kitchen is barebones but if you're staying in old San Juan you're probably eating most meals out anyway. 3rd, This place is really ideal for one couple only. The bathroom for the whole place is located inside the master bedroom and the main bedroom has AC but the loft doesn't. It has space for a second couple in the loft but be mindful of what time of year you're coming, July is pretty warm in the loft at night.

The house looks simple but is perfect for people looking for a good location with a good price. You have the basic in the house but it's close to bars, restaurants... the view from the rooftop is amazing. We truly recommend it!

We are a local couple originally from the States and we love Old San Juan! We look forward to welcoming you to a private apartment in our historic townhouse, conveniently located in the heart of the Old City.

We are huge fans of the history, romance and spectacular ocean views of OSJ which blend perfectly with great dining, shopping and nightlife offered up in a strolling-friendly, village atmosphere.

Bob is an emergency response salvage diver. When he isn't jetting off to save the world he enjoys the laid back, festive atmosphere of the Old City. If you catch him at the right time, he may share one of his true adventure stories with you.
