The apartment is composed of six rooms :

The “TREVI” room is characterized from it's typical 50’s style. Besides it's beautiful wallpaper of Orla Kiely, you can also find a private TV inside, a little fridge and, of course, central heating.
Both TREVI room and it's bathroom are very bright and spacious. The private bathroom has a nice shower with an interior light and it is situated just in front of the bedroom. Privacy to both rooms is created by a large curtain.

Simone was an excellent host from start to finish. He really cares that you have a great time in Rome and the bicycles were one of the best parts of our trip! I would 100% recommend staying at Simone's place. Be sure to take the bike path and to explore all the little nooks of Rome's charming streets :)

I spent 5 days at Il Cinquinno, and this was an important part of my great experience Roman experience! Simone and his family were so helpful and always available. I had my own room and bathroom, both of them very spacious. The room is full of light, has TV, the Internet works well in the whole appartment, bathroom has everything you need. The highlight of my experience there was Simone's pink bike. I biked every day from Il Cinquinno to most of the tourist AND not-that-tourist attractions biking, and the experience was just awesome! I strongly recommend you try it!

Simone was very welcoming, he showed us around the entire apartment even we were only entitled to the bedroom and washroom. He also gave us many tips for sightseeing, gave us maps and recommended gelato places. Breakfast was included at a nearby cafe, which was super helpful since we usually got up late. Place was quiet, transportation convenient to get to anywhere in city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's B&B. The place is bright, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was also very nice that Simone is easy to get in touch with and that we did not have to wait for him with our bags/suitcases, we informed him 20 min. before arrival and he was waiting for us at the apartment. Simone was right about bikes being a great way to visit Rome, we used them 3 days in a row. If we were the kind of people that return to the same place twice, we would definitely come back here!

My stay at IICinquino was amazing. It was clean and spacious. This was also a solo trip around so everything was new to me. Simone was very accommodating and shared several tips and recommendations for Rome. Even though it's not in central Rome, the BnB is not far from the bus and is a quick trip to the central. If your looking to be in a place that's a bit more quiet and don't mind a quick ride, then I highly suggest this place. Across the street is a farmers market that became handy. The breakfast cafe around the building but has some amazing espresso and pastries. A pizza place is across the street to the right and was convenient and very good. I couldn't ask for a better host in Rome and highly recommend it!

I've definitely enjoyed my stay in IlCinquino! It was very hip, vibrant and neat. For me it's definitely better than staying in a hotel. What I love about IlCinquino is Simone's hospitality, he was very accommodating and he shares local tips on how to get around Rome the easiest way. Simone was very kind in assisting me from airport to hotel, which is very good for me most especially because it was my first time to travel alone abroad. Simone is also very good in English which is a relief for me as I do not know how to speak Italian! Neighborhood is safe and quiet even though you walk around nighttime. The Ancient Rome city is near, only 1 ride away, probably 10 mins. away. The free breakfast which is only 1-2 mins. away is also good, I can still remember that wonderful cafe around the corner. There is also a good Italian restaurant near Il Cinquino which is still open until late night (not expensive). Simone has a nice cycle which you can borrow to roam around Rome. The only regret that I have is not enough time to stay. I hope to get back in Rome and stay back at IlCinquino! Grazie mille!
