A roomy private duplex, with two sleeping areas: 1 Queen bed & 1 Double bed. The two bedrooms are private with separate doors but are connected by a hallway that leads to the shared bathroom. As with most apartments on Airbnb, this is not set up for toddlers or pets. We do not allow pets so that people with allergies can stay here. Just outside you will find Hudson's wonderful restaurants, shops, galleries, and music venues, including the Hudson Opera, TSL, Basilica. In warm weather you you are minutes away from our riverfront park areas with gorgeous Hudson River views. In summer there is a ferry that takes you across to the quaint town of Athens, famous for its riverfront tavern and brewery.

The apartment is accessed by punch code keypads for the exterior door and the apartment itself. We change the codes regularly. You will be given the current codes when you book.

I am a graphic designer, writer, and artist. My partner, Clark is a property manager in Manhattan and has supervised all the renovation work on the 1830s building we bought in Hudson in 2013. After decades of city living we wanted more access to an outdoor life and we loved the urban vibrancy of Hudson. We enjoy the music/art/food scene here and are excited to offer space to travelers who want to get a taste of life in our town.
When we travel, we like to keep things simple and unfussy. We strive to live that way ourselves here. We have created spaces for visitors we hope will feel like a home, whether you are in Hudson for a short stay or longer. We have hosted film crews, attendees at conferences, and weekend travelers looking for relaxation. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us!
We are in the process of transforming our rear courtyard into a park-like garden for all our tenants and visitors.
