The apartment is more expensive than a 3 star hotel in the area. But there are some drawbacks. The shared entryway is truly gross (not clean).. The toilet is in a set aside area that does not have walls going to the ceiling. What that means is that if your partner is using the…

We loved our stay in this gorgeous historic apartment, I felt like I could easily imagine all the people and events that had happened in the past. The apartment was very well thought out and had everything we needed. There were some lovely personal touches such as fresh flowers,…

Thank you for the positive feedback. Living in a developing country is often challenging and always fascinating. The construction which you mentioned actually started early last year and then stopped until the day of your visit. Thankfully, it has suddenly stopped again and the nights are now much more peaceful. I'm pleased to say earplugs are no longer necessary :) Come back and see us in HCMC anytime, we'd be glad to host you at any of our properties.

Great location. Very old building with lots of character. The location was amazing, right in the city, tucked on a side street 3 floors up.

It's a very old building with a half damaged stairwell, that reminds you on the favelas from Rio de Janeiro. But this is actually worth to see and great to take some pictures. The area is very safe. The room itself is nice and clean as in the photos, but there is a huge and heav…
