Great place to stay and meet with your family and friends. Children can safely play outside. The area is rural and peaceful, yet close to the city. Pat and Andy are wonderful hosts!

The schoolhouse is such a quaint, nostalgic place. The walls seem to whisper stories of those who were there throughout history. Your hosts will make sure your stay is comfortable and are lovely, interesting people.

We had the best time staying with Pat. What a unique experience staying in an old one-room school house! You absolutely must ask Pat to show you her other buildings, she has so many amazing family heirlooms and loves to share them. She's full of great stories!

My husband and I are both 77 years old. He is a retired physician and I am among other things, a nurse, a yoga teacher, and artist and a great grandmother, and the director/manager of a preforming arts center. We speak some German and French but not fluently.
