Our newly-renovated barrier-free two-room apartment lies directly on the Landwehrkanal between the trendy neighbourhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. The immediate area offers numerous pleasant restaurants, street cafes and mom-and-pop stores. The Maybachufer Market takes place every Tuesday and Friday on the canal just 80 meters from our door. Every Saturday in the same location vendors offer clothing, sport places, and much more are easily reached by a short walk or a quick trip on public transport. Berlin’s art scene is here too. We also recommend the Neukölln shopping mile.
The apartment is on the fifth floor, reached by an elevator (barrier-free). The panoramic tree-top view of the Landwehrkanal will delight. Make yourself at home in the living room, equipped with sofa bed, coffee table, chaise, easy chair, TV, and dining table with four chairs. You can relax or dine on the balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two nightstands, dresser, and built-in closets. The kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cook top, oven, coffee machine, tea pot, toaster, pots, pans, and silverware. In the bathroom you have a sink, a walk-in shower (no steps), and washing machine. An iron and ironing board will allow you to finish up any laundry.
Bed and bath linen, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are available.
An internet connection, cable and wireless, and telephone (all incoming calls and out-going calls to land lines in Germany) are available.
The apartment is close public transport. U-Bahn (subway) lines 1 (Kottbusser Tor), 7 (Hermannplatz) and 8 (Schönleinstraße - the closest) are just 0,5 to 1,5 km away, as are numerous bus lines.
The apartment is no smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any room.
Animals are not allowed.
