Lovely pad; great views, gorgeous bathroom, immaculately clean and great kitchen facilities. A perfect stay for a couple just outside of Newquay town centre. We would definitely return!

A lovely quiet flat that's super clean, as described on the website and very easy to get into Newquay from. Also has parking so great for if you're planning to travel to other places in Cornwall during your stay. Christine was a friendly and helpful host so I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Amazing studio flat set in beautiful gardens. Lovely living space, wonderful view from the balcony and a bathroom to die for. All really clean and beautifully presented. I can't rate this high enough, if you get to stay here it's a real gem. Close to everything including the beach, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Little extras include bathrobes and chocolate cookies.... what's not to love about this place!

Lily's pad is a great place to stay if your visiting Newquay it's decorated tastefully and very modern. It has a lovely balcony with great views, a modern stylish kitchen with everything you need in it, a large walk in closet with great storage and a lovely large stylish bathroom that has a lovely deep tub and a walk in waterfall style shower. It's about twenty minute slow scenic walk to Newquay harbour so great as you don't have to worry about paying parking in town, there is a lovely park and lake just outside that has a tearoom and the zoo is the other end of the park, there is a petrol station around the corner and a Morrisons supermarket around the corner as well. There is a helpful welcome pack provided that includes a map and lots of leaflets of things to do and where all the local amenities are I fully recommend walking to lusty glaze beach for a meal at some point in your stay too!

Paul, my husband, and myself have lived in Newquay for over 20 years. We had a hotel many years ago and had holiday lets for several years. More recently we retired and then decided to let out the cabin in our grounds as it seemed a sin to let it stand empty. We enjoy meeting new…
