Spacious two-story 3-Bedroom/2.5-Bath townhome, end unit in Washington, Utah near St. George. Easy on/off access to I-15. 45 miles from Zion National Park. Close to Walmart, Costco and a good variety of restaurants. Well-stocked Kitchen with granite island/countertops, upgraded cabinets, XL fridge, range, microwave & dishwasher. Back patio door opens up to a grassy park w/playground. Charcoal grill. Located within walking distance to Millcreek Canyon and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area.

The space

The townhouse is fully furnished. The bedrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with tub/shower, queen bed, sofa and desk. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. One has a queen, the other a full-sized bed.
The living room has a couch and loveseat, leather chair, coffee table and entertainment cabinet along with a large screen TV and DVD player. For entertainment, the home stocks various board games, a DVD player, Roku and Chromecast units providing access to Sling TV and Amazon Prime and an antenna for local channels...Cable access isn't available. There's a half-bath on the main level. The kitchen is well stocked with table and four chairs, island with three barstools, potrack with large variety of pots and pans and cookware, an electric can opener, toaster, Kuerig, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher and serving ware for at least 8.

Guest access

Guests will have access to three bedrooms and all bathrooms, washer and dryer facilities, family room, dining and kitchen area and hall closet. Back patio and BBQ grill as well as community parks and pools. The pool is open from May to Sept and is a short walk away. The unit is stocked with pool towels.

Interaction with guests

We live close by for assistance. Check-in is easy through a electronic key entry and is welcome at all hours of the day or night.

Other things to note

Park in the driveway with additional parking to the side. Be careful not to park in the street our outside of authorized stalls. The HOA patrols will tow your vehicle.

No smoking or pets permitted, but children of all ages are welcome. Bedrooms are all upstairs. This is an end unit, so it shares only one wall with an adjoining town-home, giving better privacy. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

You must also acknowledge
Must climb stairs - Two flights joined by a landing provides access to all 3 bedrooms. Downstairs couch is quite comfortable for those who are unable to climb stairs.

Condo was pefect for our family needs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get around. Condo was clean and neighborhood is quiet. Would recommend this place for families.

Paul and Christel provide fantastic experience at their residence. As I did, you'll be able to see they've went completely out of their way to create a comfortable, cozy and clean "home-like" experience. The "little" services that I thought were well thought out and certainly appreciated were as follows... The towels smelled of tide cleanliness and there certainly wasn't a shortage of them so you can rest assured there will be available towels after the pool or shower. The dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and cupboards were spotless! The cookware, utensils, tableware and even the George Forman grill was acceptably clean and required no "re washing" Communication was excellent and quick when needed. You know the place you're stay is good when the little one's (after a long worn out day) would ask "Daddy are we going back to our house in St. George?" Needless to say the whole "Fan Damily" enjoyed Paul and Christel's home.
