Jacqueline was really on top of everything. It was super easy to check in. The cabin was perfect for us to get away from LA for the weekend. Great neighborhood to take walks in, especially with a great little coffee shop just a few blocks away. Easy to get to downtown.

Jacqueline made the check-in process extremely easy and was quick to communicate when we had questions. When we arrived the pilot light was out on the hot water heater but they quickly sent over a professional to correct this issue (within 30-60 minutes). There also wasn't access to the top bed in the loft which was okay but might be an issue for larger groups. The cabin itself was clean and very cozy, the perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Overall our stay was very secluded and we had minimal interaction with our hosts which was perfect for what we were looking for. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the mountains.

Response from Jacqueline:
Thank you Trent again for staying at our cabin! You're a great guest, and we'd recommend you to other hosts! I'm also glad we were able to resolve the hot water issues quickly. Also...please note that we don't advertise the loft on our listing because it doesn't conform to the city's requirements for rental. Therefore, the loft is closed off to our guests. Thanks again for staying at our cabin!

This was a very pleasant place to stay. We had great communication from the hosts. The place was exceptionally clean, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The shower worked well, and there was plenty of hot water for the two of us (although we didn't take long showers). The neighborhood was quiet at night during our August stay, and we walked to a nearby hike and were only a short drive to everything we wanted to do in town and at the lake.

This place is so cute and cozy. Jacqueline was in touch to check in if we needed anything (we didn't because everything was so streamlined and spelled out for us). They offered great tips where to eat, which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed. It is small, which we expected b/c the description was so clear. Cute community, we felt safe and comfortable. The fireplace was a nice feature. We went in summer, but it does get chilly at night and it's nice for atmosphere. The couch was very comfortable which is a huge plus when you want to get cozy in front of the fire. Great for a short weekend getaway!

We loved Jackie's cabin. It was clean, charming, and in a great location just a few minutes from town and the lake. I appreciated all her recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Check in was easy too. A great place for two people to stay in Big Bear!

My family and I live in between Los Angeles and Big Bear Lake. We're a fun loving and laid back crew that enjoy spending time together and an excuse to take time away from the daily grind.

We pride ourselves on creating an amazing experience for our guests...While new to Air B&B, we have extensive real estate experience and hope to host great vacations through this service :)

Our cabin, while small, is clean, updated, and in an amazing location! We've set up the cabin so that our guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings.

We have met many through our travels and hope our guests have the chance to meet some of the wonderful folks local to Big Bear that we've had the chance to get to know. We've left a great book at the cabin with tips but feel free to ask us for local recommendations!
