The space

Fantastic little studio, amazing value for money.

I have 2 other apartments in the same building so your friends or family can stay there in their own room. Three apartments in total- all studios, for two people each apartment has a double bed.

This apartment is a STUDIO APARTMENT (one room and bathroom/shower and balcony) Spacious for a studio.
The block is Neo Georgian style and maintained in good condition for its age.
Priced accordingly at around $90 per night, $105 on weekends it represents fantastic value. The apartments is lovely, decorated with style. You won't find better value for your money. Lovely bed with beautiful linen.

I will personally greet you on your arrival and provide a familiarisation tour.
If required, I'll advise you on all things Melbourne such as shopping, attractions, lane way restaurants, how to get there and what to do! Ask and I'll help.

If required, parking is available at $25 for 4 nights. For 5 nights and over, parking is $7 per night. This can be paid in cash on arrival. Please let me know in advance should you require a carpark.

You're in a fantastic spot with everything is at your door step. The beach is just minutes away.
Located 6km from the city center, St Kilda is Melbourne’s seaside playground and is much-loved by residents and visitors alike. St Kilda is renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, sandy beach, palm-lined boardwalk, huge range of beach activities, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, lovely park and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafés, fabulous old buildings, and its colorful past and present.

I'm on the 3rd floor. No elevator but an easy climb. I'll help you with your luggage up the stairs.

You will be nestled amongst St Kilda's vibrant shopping & cafe precinct.
Minutes to the St. Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Palais Theater and city bound trams. Esplanade Market at your door step! It's a brilliant, fun stay!

All year round, St.Kilda is the place to head for fantastic things to see and do and great times to be had. With our great places to eat and drink and our wonderful sea air, everything tastes so much better in St Kilda – so come out and join us!

If you're keen to head into the city you can easily jump on the 96 or 16 tram on Acland St and be there in 20 minutes. Coming in from the airport you have Taxi, Skybus + 96 Tram or FAPAS ( booked bus transfer directly to the corner of our road). We're easy to reach with lots of options.

The Melbourne transit system- trams, trains and buses use the Myki system

The Melbourne Bike Share system is a quick 5 minute walk from us and it's pretty great for riding around the bay and into the city.

If it's a great spot so if you're after and a place that's central to absolutely everything, this is the perfect studio.

Wi-fi- Local internet cafes offer a cheap rate, and there some hot spots locally that provide free wi-fi. I have a mobile wi-fi connection I can give you, you're welcome to top it up at the Telstra store (10 mins by tram) with the plan you require.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation:

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Please leave the apartment as you found it, respect the apartment like you would your own leaving it neat and tidy.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to reallocate you due to unforeseen circumstances to an apartment of equal quality and standard.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless you confirm otherwise.

Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in instant termination. Noise will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

I booked The esplanade for my mum for a weekend visit from Sydney. The apartment is great; simple, functional, lovely and clean. Joe was a warm, friendly host who was happy to help anytime. The trams and beach are also very close. Would definitely recommend to others.

The room has all you need for a short stay and is very close to everything you need to see and do in St. Kilda. There is a supermarket around the corner and lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Joe is a great host! We checked in new years eve He suggested some places to visit and eat at which was very helpful He offered to pick us up if we are stranded anywere during new years eve, which we thought was very nice of him. Would defenatly stay again
