Debbie and Dominic were great hosts! They even welcomed us with some grocery staples for our stay. The location was great. There are a few grocery stores nearby, and it's only about a 20 min walk to the Chiswick high street (lots of shops and restaurants). My two friends and I were doing work at the National Archives, which is a very nice walk along the river path and over Kew bridge. The neighborhood in general was quiet and a very pleasant place to walk around. The apartment was big enough for us each to have our own bedroom and privacy—great for a group house. And having the garden to enjoy a post-work pint in was lovely.

This place is fabulous! The location is one of the best in London. Easy breezy to get anywhere you need. Local amenities are the best. If you happen to stay here go visit the City Barge for dinner and drinks... Fabulous place.

Debbie was such a great host. Responded quickly and provided useful details. She went out of her way to accomodate my twins, even setting up the cots! The house is in an AMAZING location. There are 2 pubs right on the river less than 5 minutes walk. It's a quiet street with parking. The garden is not overlooked and makes a mine place to catch some sun, or the lovely conservatory area by the kitchen. The house is split over 3 levels with the main living / kitchen / dining and conservatory on the ground floor. Master bedroom, one guest and the bathroom in the second floor. Loft room with double bed. Except for the loft which has a block out blind, the other rooms have thin curtains so take an eye mask if the light bothers you (especially in summer!). Overall it was a brilliant location for waking, transport, pubs and dining. Debbie was really kind and helpful.

We have just returned to Toronto after staying at Debbie's absolutely charming home for 2 weeks. The house was just as described and is so warm and cozy. It is very well equipped and we settled in really quickly. We loved the neighbourhood as well as it is a stone's throw from the River Thames and only a short walk to Kew Gardens. There are some terrific pubs and restaurants right on the Thames and dining by the river some evenings while watching the swans was quite enchanting! We felt safe and secure at all times. Getting in and out of Central London was easy. Although there are above ground trains that go into London, we chose to walk for 20 mins or so to the Chiswick Park tube station on the District line, which takes you directly to most of the major tourist attractions. Debbie made the process seamless by leaving us 'Oyster Cards', which are used to access public transit. If you have a rental car we never found street parking to be an issue. Although we didn't get a chance to meet Debbie in person she was very helpful and communicative by text when little questions came up. Many thanks to Debbie for making our first Airbnb experience such a positive one!

Our host made us feel very welcome. The listing description was spot on with everything just as we had hoped. The location of the property was ideal with the river and pubs/restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport in to the city centre.

Response from Debbie:
Thanks Ian. Will take note and write a general information folder. I think we thought at the time meeting at the initial arrival and talking through information would be ok but good idea to include written information.
