This area is often referred to as Mountain Bike Heaven.......you are but a stones throw to the Redwood Forest and world class MTB trails. By the way you can also find this property on my 2 lakes site and it would be worth your while checking this out! (I also have an unlisted but often available Lake Tarawera waterfront Lockwood property that sleeps 11 with a new jetty so contact me if you want to know more!)

The space
With 5 generous bedrooms its a breeze catering for families, friends and corporate groups, this property is situated in a sought after, safe and secure residential area.

Fully fenced this property is ideal for young children, close to everything that Rotorua has to see and do and laid out so that even if you feel like a day in everyone can have their own space.

With two generous sized decks, an outdoor dining/BBQ area, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a games room at the other end of the house, even larger groups will be able to enjoy a bit of "me" time if they need to.

The more active guests will likely end up in the games room honing their table tennis, darts, and Xbox skills or watching Cable TV while the rest of your group will be enjoying each other's company at the other end of the house in the lounge/dining area.

While there's only one bathroom in this property there is an additional toilet off the games room which is also perfectly placed for those utilising the queen and single rooms off the games room.

Lynmore is considered one of Rotorua's primo areas. Its quiet, safe, very handy to the Redwood Forest with all this has to offer like mountain biking, trails, The Treewalk, dog walking areas, cafes, and also close enough to the city to be able to enjoy all this has to offer, restaurants etc
