The space

Your very own Master bedroom with ensuite!

We live in a rural sub-division 8 kms from Maclean, 17 Kms from Brooms Head Beach and 18 kms from Yamba Seaside Resort. We have lots of native birds that come and feed, as well as Wallabies and Kangaroos, you can even see them in street (must be one of the last places you can do that).

We moved here 7 years ago and love it, with mild winters and very warm summers. The room we offer is actually the master bedroom with en suite, as we have moved to a back bedroom near the other bathroom. It is a very quiet area with all homes (87) on acreage in the estate. Would be best for people that are travelling and have a car, although there are bus services. We are in a very quiet rural setting, clubs and restaurants are 8km away.

Maclean is the "Scottish Town of Australia" and so has over 200 light posts painted with various tartans, quite unique. The area is also known for growing sugar cane, and Maclean is situated on the Mighty Clarence river. The two clubs in Maclean offer courtesy buses, but there is no public transport available, so a car is really necessary.

Very welcoming - great to have your own ensuite. Perfect location for our journey and easy to find. Beautiful area to live in and the animals were an added bonus. Delicious breakfast helped us on our way.
