It is an extremely unfortunate circumstance that we had to cancel Marco's reservation due to a technical problem on the sincronization of calendars. We have offered alternative dates and we hope that this incident has not caused too much of an inconvenience to Marco and his friends. We have replied immediately after receiving the reservation in order to let Marco and his friends know allowing them to have plenty of time to find an alternative solution. In addition, we would be more than happy to help Marco and his friends to find another equally comfortable hotel/B&B if needed.
