A very nice, comfortable and clean place. It has most of the furnishings you might need, and it was possible for me to cook my meals etc. The owner was so kind as to give me lots of information that only a person living in Kyoto could know. The owner also invited the guests to visit local restaurants that you'd otherwise be unlikely to notice on your own, and was careful to entertain the guests, making sure everyone was happy. You can walk to Arashiyama. The location is great for morning walks. I really hope I can be back to stay here in the future!

This is a wonderful apartment located in Arashiyama. The hot water was excellent, coffee and tea were provided, and WiFi was fast! The apartment was a bit smaller than we thought, but it did not deter us from having a good stay! Kazunori was a great host, constantly checking in on us throughout the stay. He gave us a number of suggestions throughout our five day stay, and even arranged a get-together with himself and guests from his other listings. Upon our departure, he dropped us off at the train station. Your time would be well spent at this listing.

nice and tidy apartment, the host is willing to help you with anything about your trip. All the daily appliance are free to use. It is a bit far from the JR station, but trams and buses in Kyoto is more convenient

The location was a bit far from the center of the city. But you can use the one-day pass bus ticket for ¥500. And the public bath-spa near of the apartment(the host recommended) was so nice. And the host, Kazunori was very kind for me, he tried to let me know more information about Kyoto. But the blanket in the bed was a bit thick for the weather. I sweat a lot when I was sleeping this with the blanket, even though I turen the air-conditional on. And the drain inside of the bath-tub need to be cleaned, it's a bit blocked, it take quite long time to flushed. Other things were comfortable.

Kazoruri San is nice and response very fast. The apartment is as picture and the urban is quiet and convenience. Though it is off the city centre, there's bus about 4 times an hour to go to the city. With a bus day pass (500yen), I could almost could access most attractions.

Kazunori was very pleasant and as helpful as anyone could be. He was very accommodating and tried his best to help us however he could. Our itinerary had changed and he allowed and worked with our check in time. Our schedule was, also so jam-packed that we missed him every time he came by to try to show us around until the last night when we had to unexpectedly had to leave. He came by in a flash, wished is well, asked how our stay was and apologized for not being able to take us to the station. Suffice to say, even though his English was limited he was a pretty great host. Thanks Kazunori!

Our host was very helpful with directions for how to get to the apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the photos as listed - it is a spacious, comfortable apartment which was perfect for young (or older!) travellers. There were many amenities provided, such as shampoo and conditioner, tea and coffee etc. There are even brochures for travel tips for Kyoto which was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend staying here.
