Its luxurious finishing includes hardwood flooring, granite countertops & backsplash, high end stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, gas stove-top, convection oven/microwave and washer/dryer. The bathroom even has heated flooring!

Interaction with guests
We are available at all times to answer your questions/concerns, but you have the apartment all to yourself! We won't initiate contact unless necessary, as such, please stay in good communication throughout the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
We only accept 1 night reservations up to a week ahead of time unless it is directly before or after another booking.
*Please note that we hold alterations under the same policies as cancellations.
***Please note that government-issued ID matching the name/photo your reservation is under is required for check in.
BASICS: This is a home and not a hotel. We keep our rates very low compared to hotels in the area, and in return we ask you to kindly treat this space with as much care as your own; refrain from smoking of any kind, pets, parties, loud music/noise or bringing in extra guests. Remove FOOTWEAR upon entry.
- If anything is amiss, please let us know immediately so that we can solve the issue. Please DO NOT try to fix our appliances, consult the management, take or move any items without contacting us. If something is not in its usual place, and we cannot locate it, we may assume it is missing and charge you for it.
DAMAGES: In the case that any permanent damage (including stains on linens which requires us to purchase new items) is found upon check out, extra charges will apply. Please also do not light candles or use any other fire hazards/products that may seriously damage the property.
FACILITIES: We do not offer compensation in the rare event of an unforeseeable inconvenience at the building, such as maintenance on facilities (ex. pool closed), fire alarms, water maintenance etc.
Our CHECK IN and CHECK OUT times are firm, please arrive after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. We host several units and hire one cleaner to service all of them. Unless prior arrangements have been made, the cleaner will arrive on schedule after check out.
The cleaner may leave linens in the dryer, please feel free to use them or deposit in the utility closet.
Upon request/booking, guests are required to respond to our welcome message confirming house rules and other details prior to finalizing the reservation. Violations of the house rules and/or disrespectful behaviour to hosts will result in fines and could lead to cancelation without refund:
Lost key & fob/garage opener: $300
Smoking: $500 & eviction
Noise complaint: $200
Extra cleaning services/evidence of party: $100-300 depending on condition of unit
Early check in without notice: $30
>1min late check out without prior agreement: $30
>15min late check out without prior agreement: Rate of 1 night's accommodation
Unauthorized guest: $20/night per extra guest
Footwear marks on flooring/carpet: $50
