The location has the luxury of enjoying the breathtaking views of the water and Sydney city whilst being surrounded by a quiet green setting.

The suburb of Drummoyne sits on the peninsula between Iron Cove and Five Dock Bay. It is surrounded on three sides by the famous Sydney Harbour! Your only located a stone throw away from the famous shopping central Birkenhead Point, cafes and organic markets and two doors up from the Drummoyne sailing club with access to fine dining or bistro, bar and TAB. Access to public transport of buses and ferries is also very simple! There is also a Taxi stand in front of Birkenhead Point which is only 200 metres away.

This great value apartment is only walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, The bay run and popular Balmain strip. A short bus trip or taxi ride will take you directly to Darling Harbour, the fish markets and the city where you can view the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens. A short ferry ride from the local wharf will take you Cockatoo Island, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay where connecting ferries are available to Taronga Zoo, Manly beach, Luna Park, Wastons Bay and other Harbour destinations.

The apartment block has direct access to the foreshore and a private beach.

The apartment's lease is available on a short or long term basis- giving you flexibility to suit your needs!

-Single futton is available and can be provided if two people do not want to sleep in the same queen sized bed
- I also offer a port-a-cot for babies / toddlers
- A separate smaller futton bed is available for younger children

B&B facilities are also available.
This can include continental or cooked breakfast, tea and or expresso coffee and fresh fruit juices. Items are all organic or biodynamic.

Home delivered organic fruit and veggie boxes and organic meat can requested weekly or bi weekly can be organised on request.

Remember to relax and enjoy yourself!

No smoking inside - outside only. Butts to be put into the main body corporate bin not flicked into pot plants, the garden or common and driveway areas.
Look after the apartment and furnishings a lot of time and money has been spent to make it nice for guests.
Be respectful of neighbours, keep noise during the week after 10 pm to a minimum.

Please note cleaning fee is a standard rate extra fees will apply if dishes, pots and pans are left unwashed, included furnishings are broken or the apartment needs an extra clean if it is left very dirty.
It is expected guests leave the apartment in a tidy state.
A full compliment of cleaning products and implements have been provided with the property. Please clean up any spills or accidents that may occur.

Wifi is an optional extra please request this when booking to avoid disappointment.

Please note apartment lease is for the number of people requested on the lease.
A maximum of five people when requested and approved for a specific lease. Extra charges for 5th person apply.

If you would to hold a function please request this before booking as extra charges apply.

Pets are not included in a standard lease if you are wanting to lease with pets this needs to be requested before booking. Extra charges apply for pets.

Failure to comply with these conditions will mean immediate termination of the lease without compensation.

If the property is damaged, if breakages occur or if an extra clean is required then these costs will be deduced from the bond.

Once a check in time is set that is your check in time!
Please do not turn up unannounced hoping to check in earlier especially before the normal check in time of 3pm as this will not be possible. Keys will not be available until after the normal check in time of 3pm unless an early check in has been requested at the time of booking!!!

Unfortunately I have had to add these rules over time as some guests have not respected my property or house rules.
Trusting if you are an honest person who respects other peoples property you will understand and have a great stay!!!

Lynn's place boasts a scenic water view in Drummoyne accompanied by a quiet neighbourhood. Situated next to drummoyne sailing club and Birkenhead point, if youre looking for a place to comfortably relax with a small group of friends this is definitely it. Lynn was timely with communication and always ready to answer any queries we had.

We loved this place, great location right next to the water with easy ferry access to Circular Quay & Darling Harbor. Easy walking distance to Birkenhead Point shops, cafes and the Shopper Hopper boat taxi also near the Sailing Club bistro and bar. Lynn met us on arrival and was very friendly & helpful.
